Otelin konumu ve ücretli bilr olsa otoparkı olması gerçekten güzel. Güler yüzlü ve yerdım sever hizmet. Oda da en azından bir terlik olması gerçekten iyi olurdu. Klimanın çalılıyor gibi görünüp çalışmaması kötü oldu. İkram olarak bir ufak su olmasıda güzel olurdu. 2024 yılında battaniye altına beyaz çarşaf kullanmak yerine basit de olsa hazır yorgan olması daha hijyenik hissettirebilir. Battaniye ektra oda da olamasını anlarım ama yatak da direk onun kullanılması benim isterlerim açısından beni mutlu et**yor.

I requested and paid for a room with two beds, and upon arrival i was given a room with one bed. When I talked to the staff they said i did not request this, there is nothing they could do to fix this mistake, and it was my fault. I showed them my booking confirmation that showed I requested two beds, and they continued to say there was nothing they could do, they never received this request, it’s not their problem, etc. Only upon request of a partial refund for this error did the staff offer to add a second bed to my room. I had also paid for breakfast accommodations online, which the staff stated they also did not receive, and asked me to pay the addition of breakfast again.

This is a fairly standard hotel - you get what you pay for. The bedroom is very basic (bed, hanging rail, open plan bathroom) as is the breakfast facilities. But if you want a simple hotel to explore the city and aren't too fussy about here you stay, this is fine.

Walking distance to most monuments and main train station. Hotel staff helped me to plan a day trip to lake garda. the hotel was clean and perfect for a solo traveler or couple

Stayed a few nights at Hotel Verona and was very happy. Front counter team are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is a prime location for visiting Verona. Easy walking distance to the Arena and main central Verona, and links to buses are just a minute or two walk from the hotel. Very simple to get to the hotel via bus from the train station and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and stuff is very kind. Location is very convenient to reach the Arena, we only just 5 minutes walk along the main street.
