We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). Asking for a baby crib for our little one at the reservation page website - at the time of check in we were asked to pay an extra 15 euros for it (it was actually the first hotel we visited in europe that requiers an extra cost for it). The receptionist started to argue with me with a mocking rude face that we should have known about it and it is obvious to all even though it was not written anywhere. When we refused and asked to cancel the baby cot, he then decided to give priority to the next guest after me, having me wait with a mocking smile for at least 10 minutes after accepting to deal with my request. The room was outmoded, low lightened had squicking doors, with a narrow and a bit challenging to use shower. Breakfast was ok though full of carbs. Location is far from center.

The Hotel Brandoli were hugely welcoming despite us arriving very late at night.
Our room was spotless and exactly as expected.
Breakfast was lovely.
We recommend this property highly.

The hotel was great, our room was quiet and cozy.
The breakfast was very good too, plenty of foods to choose from and very tasty. We also tried the restaurant for dinner which was also amazing.
We relied on public transport to get us to the city center, the buses came frequently (even on the weekend), the hotel also sells bus tickets so we didn't have to worry about not knowing where to buy tickets from.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to other/stay again if we are in the area again.

Clean room, decent breakfast (included in price). Bus station close to the property. Front dest sells return tickets to Verona, which was very convenient.
Iron was only available downstairs, not in the room. Only a sink with minimal countertop space in the bathroom.

Okay but not amazing, its doing its job and okay for the price not too far from Verona. But the room was full of dust and the floor cleaned only quickly in the middle. Dont know what was at the leg of the bed but good I saw that only in the morning before leaving.

This was a very nice hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was also good. There is an underground parking garage for a fee but there is usually space at the open car park and it’s free.
The hotel
Is about 20mimd brisk walk from the centre, would recommend driving and parking closer to centre. Free parking is available in town alternatively it’s usually €1/h at most parking spaces.
