3-Star Hotels in Luxembourg City

Travelled to Luxembourg with two friends, 3 people overall. The location is spectacular, very close to the main station as well as the city center. Just great. The room itself was alright, nothing fancy, generally clean. Towels were provided. No AC, so be aware of that in summer time. The beds were not very long, but if you are below 1.85m you should be fine!

L’hôtel est très agréable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est serviable et tout s’est bien déroulé. Seul petit bémol: la salle attenante à la chambre est louée pour des séminaires ce qui a rendu les lieux très bruyants dès 9h le matin.

It’s an ordinary apartment, there is no service, there is a washing machine and a dryer, in the basement, the dryer is not very good, pay attention to not dry the clothes, go out is the bus station is convenient

The hotel is located in the city center, very comfortable It takes about 10 minutes to reach the railway station by tram, and the tram stop is located near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and looks like an old building, but the rooms are spacious and clean. It may be noisy outside because it is in the city center, but not enough to sleep. It is great to have a restaurant connected to the hotel, there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast is included, but it was Corona time, so I ordered breakfast I bought bread, eggs, juice and yogurt, but the breakfast was delicious This is a hotel with no particular disadvantages

This is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country! The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention. We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby. We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.
