The room was spacious and comfortable, and they even provided complimentary bottled water – everything was great. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center and there aren't many dining options nearby, Luxembourg's public transportation is free, making it super easy to get downtown. It's a very convenient choice for families, highly recommend!

Guest UserGetting here from the airport is easy by bus, and from the city center, you can take a tram or bus. We arrived at night and surprisingly, I couldn't find the lobby right away – it's actually combined with the most prominent restaurant. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, with air conditioning. Several Novotel hotels I've stayed at in Europe seem to use Rituals bath products. Although there's no free bottled water, there's a water dispenser on each floor by the elevators, which even offers sparkling water. The sparkling water was incredibly bubbly and ice-cold, which was really refreshing. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a standard European spread. The dairy products were decent, but the bread was just okay, and the air conditioning was set too cold.

an0haseyoEverything about this hotel was satisfying, from its location and cleanliness to the service and amenities. All the staff who greeted us at check-in were incredibly kind and lovely, which made for a wonderful start to our trip in Luxembourg. The room was a bit small, but it felt like a palace compared to the UK hotels we stayed in afterward. I also really enjoyed being able to use Rituals products. When I mentioned that my sister's birthday fell during our stay, they gave her a lovely birthday surprise, which made it a truly memorable experience. 🥰

Spatious apartment, perfect location, friendly people. Complete kitchen facilities, but the exhaust fan system cannot be powered on. The toilet flushing is not working well. For the rest, I am very satisfied.

Hotel location is the biggest advantage, in the real city center of Luxembourg, it is very convenient to any attraction, although more than 2,000 rooms are the upgraded version of the domestic express hotel, but the room is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is small and beautiful, the fruit is rich and varied, There is also freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee, the only regret is that there are no vegetables. But it must also be praised!

ShuicaicheheqiancengxueAlthough it's a Hilton property, it's clearly a franchised location. Some rooms were under renovation, and the smell was so pungent it made my eyes water. We had to request a room change before it got a bit better. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you have to rely on public transportation. It's at the bus terminal, which limits travel times.
**Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and spacious, with no noise at night.
**Service**: The staff were friendly, and communication in English was not an issue.
**Amenities**: The facilities are relatively new, but some rooms are undergoing renovation.

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

Guest UserThe location is super convenient, directly across from the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. Right outside the airport, you'll find various buses and trams heading to the city center and train station, taking about half an hour. Plus, public transport within Luxembourg City is currently free, which is a huge bonus.
The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was quite spacious. They provided a complimentary bottle of water in the room, but I couldn't open it. Luckily, the front desk also offered free water.
