Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and in good condition, the room was very clean and tidy with a sea view! The breakfast was very varied and fresh, we really liked it!

The hotel use to be good price for what delivery, but lately they are offering worst bedrooms for more money.....but...the hotel is well located for who need to go airport... Is clean and well located but don't have windows to outside just for inside the own hotel. Is a 8/10 maybe too expensive for bedrooms without windows to outside.

Nuestra estancia fue breve, de solo una noche, pero el servicio del personal destacó por su excelencia. Nos apoyaron incluso a reservar un tour el mismo día de nuestra llegada, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. La habitación asignada estaba en planta baja, algo que nos agradó; sin embargo, al estar cerca de la cocina y el comedor, el nivel de tranquilidad no es el mismo que en pisos superiores. En cuanto al desayuno, la calidad fue correcta, aunque la variedad de los alimentos dejó espacio para mejorar.

Excellent price for a large 2bd 2ba, basic but comfortable with a full size refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Nothing fancy, but certainly spacious and functional, with a great location if you have a personal vehicle or rental car. Staff were very sweet and helpful. We were just one night between pre-booked hotel weeks, but I would hesitate to return for a longer stay.

Cleanliness its a plus in this property! The rooms needs some attention in maintenance issues. Front desk have troubles with my reservation, I reserved a ocean view room and they give me a parking lot view, too tired to complaint and move rooms. Everything else it was good, staff super friendly and kind.

It's a little far from the center. It takes about 30 minutes by car. However, there are no entertainment districts around, so you can spend a quiet time. Check-in is possible even before the check-in time if there is space. In that respect, I was saved because I arrived early.

The hotel was in an amazing location and the service in front desk is so good! But the pictures posted on the website were very different from the room we got. The price was good but definitely the hotel needs some work. I don't think the room cleaning was very good because our 1-year-old ended up with black knees and hands everytime we let her crawl in the room after the room was made. The bed sheets where nice and sort, the tv could be a bit bigger.

The staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
