3-Star Hotels in Moalboal

This is an excellent place to stay. Overall, the location is good, but walking back at night along the dark, unlit streets isn't very comfortable as the hotel is set back from the main roads. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 350 pesos. It's generally hard to get around Moalboal without a bike; you need one to reach the beaches, waterfalls, shops, and cafes. The traffic isn't heavy and is predictable, so even a novice rider would find it comfortable. You can order breakfast or food delivery at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured on the website; our stay was very comfortable. It has everything you need: shampoo, soap, a refrigerator, a chest of drawers, and a clothes hanger. Coffee, hot, and cold water are always available. There's a clean swimming pool on the property. The hotel owners are incredibly kind; they helped us with ferry information for leaving Oslob and how to get to Oslob by bus. Thank you so much for such a cozy place 🙏

Really loved this hotel, it's definitely worth the money. The location, grounds, rooms, and service are all at a pretty high standard (considering it's the Philippines). The owner, who is European, genuinely puts in effort, trains the staff, and maintains the hotel's condition. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive – they resolve all issues immediately. The beach is nearby, you just need to walk through the diving club. You can borrow all the snorkeling and water recreation equipment at the hotel. The pool is large and clean, even though many guests use it daily. A solid 5 out of 5.

We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

Good for diving in Moalboal, its neptune diving shop are downstairs, only 10 metres away from the coast. But of course, the location is at the end of the street. a bit far from the main street restaurants but it just a 5-10mins walk, acceptable . But it is noisy at night, because it is facing a night club . can hear shouting and music from my room till 2-3am.... the hotel restaurant downstairs but my booking didn't include the breakfast , buy separately will be around 200-300 peso. Air conditioning is not cool enough. no tooth brush ,paste and hair dryer provided. And the water is hardwater, you can buy bottle water yourself. we arrived late, needed to climb to the top (3rd floor). the staff also helped to take the luggage. The hotel provided car pick up service from Cebu Mactan airport 3000peso 3-4hrs. provided Kawasan fall Canoyeering with transport ticket and lunch 2500 per person (4hrs) with ”Nancy Kawasan shop”. Scuba Diving shore 1600peso with gear and dive master, called ”Ar-ink”, nice person.

Loved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again

Die Lage ist zwar ein wenig abseits, aber leider neben einer hühnerfarm. Mehr oder weniger den ganzen Tag insbesondere morgens gibt es einen sehr lauten Hühneralarm. Ansonsten ist es Hotel etwas älter, ist aber für philippinische Verhältnisse relativ preis-leistungsmäßig okay. Es gibt allerdings für den gleichen Preis und sogar günstige, bessere Hotels.

An absolute nice place to stay in the heart of moalboal. The place was small yet cute offering hostel and private rooms. They are clean and the staffs are very helpful. The downside is that it is in the absolute center so noisy during the evening or else it is perfect to stay in the price.

The hotel's air conditioning is a proper AC unit, not just a cooler! It was so much quieter! Other places had noisy coolers that kept me from sleeping. The hotel front desk can also book tours with pick-up and drop-off, which is incredibly convenient... I wish I had known about this hotel sooner! Highly recommend!

Every service staff is very warm and generous, and the environment is natural and beautiful. At that time, I read everyone's comments 3.7 and I was very conflicted in my heart. There was no better choice for Mobao. I can only choose the hotel according to the price. I didn’t expect the hotel to give me a lot of amazing feelings. The sea is clear, the garden is beautiful, and there are diving facilities. Because of the time, we went to Wonderfall and couldn’t dive. The hotel is still relatively far from the city, and we are used to staying in the hotel, so we must scuba dive next time🤿. Food needs to be improved

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, fully equipped shared kitchen, eating and chilling areas. Disadvantages: Noisy AC, even more noisy roosters which do not stop during whole night as this place is located in local community. If you are a good sleeper, this place is an excellent bargain. If you are light sleeper, stay away.
