Facilities: The small room lacks air conditioning and is not sure about other room types. There is a small fan, and the fan blades will be a little noisy when turning. The room is actually a fun mini-apartment with room, bathroom and kitchen with good rooms available. You would need some maintenance work (the shower door doesn't close well, walls a little ruined, unclean blind bath filter ...) General cleaning is good, it's a sin only for the heavy frit chest inside (we didn't understand if someone had cooked or came out of the outside, while keeping the windows open hasn't gone away). The host welcomed us with great gentleness speaking well in English. The location is very comfortable to reach the center area walking, but it is absolutely unrecommended to reach it in car. A few days before arrival we received a mail from LovelyStay.com that informed us that the historic center is forbidden to tourist cars and suggested a nearby way to parking. The road is narrow and with very few parkings on the road and the imposing on the navigator is not available. After more than 3 hours of searching for a parking with a kilometre-code we left the car in the station and paid a taxi to get to the facility (there is also the bus that arrives in the main square). Of course, traffic congestion is not the fault of those who manage the structure, but I believe that it is necessary to better inform those who need to reach it to avoid disturbances. Although we have left Lisbon in advance, we missed the entry to Quinta de Regaleira, which we unfortunately failed to see, and also lost the ticket money for two people.

After going to Rocca Point, I arrived at the hotel about 45 minutes later. The door was not obvious, but there was no problem with following the navigation. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

It was a great inn, although it was far from the city of Sintra. However, we recommend that you contact the host in advance. There was a mini market within walking distance of the inn and I was able to cook in the kitchen of the inn. There seems to be a restaurant nearby.

Hotel location is very good, very close to Sintra train station ~ convenient connection to Sintra! The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic, giving us a detailed explanation of the local gameplay ~ there is a small balcony next to the restaurant!

Good place for a business trip to stay for a short time. It was a pleasurable experience.
