Overall satisfied. The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market. The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working. Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day. The bar was closed for lunch during my stay. They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests. The gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience. I would consider and return.

Staying in this dangerous city was unsettling. Parking is across the street, and the overnight fee is $25. The front desk was generally friendly, but the free breakfast was minimal. The luxurious ocean view photos on the homepage don't reflect the hotel at all, so be prepared. The free coffee at the wet bar was delicious, though! The room was very clean, but it had an expensive alarm clock that was incredibly frustrating. The previous guest had set it to 6 p.m., and it kept going off, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep. The soundproofing on the windows was also mediocre, and the roar of cars was a constant. The supermarket chain here suggests the city's overall affordability and wealth are low. The crime rate is reportedly quite high. I recommend stopping by for seafood; there's no need to stay here!

The hotel staff is exceptionally kind from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is a few blocks from the harbor and located next to Lexington Market. The breakfast was good with a waffle machine, eggs, sausage, yummy oatmeal with a wide variety of add-inns. Blueberry compote and candied pecans were my favorites. The room is spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. Overall I definitely would recommend. It's was a great price for the service. Newly renovated!

The hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, and comfortable, 🤗 but there is no place to eat around to find a restaurant is difficult, but the better is quiet, next door there is a ** can go to eat, others really no 😅

The room is spacious, suite-style, with a microwave, dining table, sofa bed, and walk-in closet—very convenient. There's iced water and coffee available downstairs. The lobby has plenty of seating, including charging stations and work areas.

Hotel is located in center of Baltimore the front desk was excellent very helpful with our check in and luggage storage on checkout. I will definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

It is an excellent, peaceful location. The hotel seems to be old and needs renovations. Complimentary breakfast was not good but manageable for a quick one-night stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was unfortunately closed for the duration of our trip, which was a disappointment. In a great location, close to everything!

This hotel is just across the road from the convention center. It was clean, safe, friendly and had every amenity I was looking for. I had to book very last minute after a cancellation elsewhere and was thrilled to get a clean, nicely air conditioned room with everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Baltimore
