Guest UserA small hotel located not far from the city center. The staff was very polite and courteous. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, you're sure to find something to your taste. Room cleaning was good, no complaints about cleanliness. The soundproofing between rooms could be better, but it was tolerable, we didn't have overly noisy neighbors. As for the downsides, we got a room with a view of the elevator shaft, which basically meant a room without a window, as the curtains had to be kept fully closed at all times. Given the very small size of the room itself, we didn't feel like spending any extended time in it. But then again, we didn't come to Tashkent to spend time in our room. Overall, it's a decent hotel for its price.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night.
The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

Sly NMy room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light.
I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

This hotel is located in a small alley, next to two other hotels. A large supermarket is just a short walk away, so the location is good. The hotel service is also quite good. The breakfast is excellent, and the room is clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the bed is a bit small, but that's typical for beds in Central Asian countries.

Strannik TommiThe hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from Tashkent International Airport. Bus 32, which costs 1700 UZS, takes you to Magic Park in 10 minutes. The hotel features modern renovations, complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, attentive staff, and reasonable rates. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. The internet connection was stable, and there was Russian TV and YouTube. Banks for currency exchange and cafes for a quick bite are just a few minutes away, as is a small supermarket nearby.

Guest UserThis is our second time staying here. The first was in 2023, and now it's 2026. The hotel has shown a bit of wear and tear over this time, but it's still quite good for the price. The reception staff were always accommodating whenever possible. The breakfasts are rather modest; we usually arrived around nine and there wasn't much left. The pool is currently drained, but it's out of season. Overall, it's decent.

neuroVladimiROverall, this is a decent hotel for a short stay – our four-night stay left a pleasant impression. The hotel is in a great location – a bus stop is nearby, and the metro is no more than a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they diligently carry out their duties. The room is clean and serviced daily. It has everything you need: wardrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, a refrigerator, and toiletries. The breakfast selection is adequate, but the quality of presentation is somewhat limited.

Nari.My stay at Retro Palace was a pleasant and memorable experience overall. The hotel offers a charming blend of classic design and modern comfort, making it a great choice for travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any requests, which immediately created a positive first impression.
The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a retro-inspired aesthetic that gave it a distinctive character. The bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-maintained bathroom. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, which added a cozy and stylish touch to the stay.
The location of Retro Palace is another strong advantage. It is conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without much hassle. Whether traveling for leisure or business, the accessibility of the hotel is definitely a plus.
In terms of facilities, the hotel provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it may not be a luxury property, it delivers excellent value for money. The common areas are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is relaxed and inviting. I also found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and efficient.
One minor area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from a bit more variety. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as there are many nearby dining options to explore.
Overall, I would highly recommend Retro Palace to travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced accommodation. The combination of friendly service, convenient location, and unique design makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

This hotel was my choice for my recent stay in Tashkent, and I found the hardware facilities and attention to detail perfectly suited for international business travelers. The rooms are equipped with quiet split air conditioners, allowing individual temperature control for each zone. Even with high outdoor temperatures, the room quickly becomes cool and comfortable. The walls feature multi-standard power outlets, so there's no need to carry a bunch of adapters – phones, laptops, and hair dryers can all be powered simultaneously.
The vanity area has an anti-fog bathroom mirror, complemented by a large countertop, making it easy to neatly arrange skincare and cosmetic products. The shower provides consistent water pressure, and hot water is available around the clock without any temperature fluctuations. By the window, there's a comfortable daybed with a small side table, perfect for enjoying tea and planning your itinerary during downtime. Inside the wardrobe, there's a hanging rail and tiered shelves, convenient for storing jackets and small personal items.
