Second: make an appointment for 4 o'clock to experience horse riding. After arriving, I was told that someone needed to ride for 40 minutes. I want to ask why the experience is with the wild ride, it needs to consume our time in this way, and we heard that the other person also made an appointment at 4 o'clock, so we immediately queued up to be the first, but the staff let the third person ride first, and then we went up to reason and didn't ride. In fact, the horse trainer is good, it may be that the hotel front desk explained that the horse trainer gave priority to this guest. The third thing: At 11 o'clock in the evening, the child in a room on the same floor was constantly talking loudly and running, and there was a constant sound like moving tables and chairs. I could hear it in a few rooms apart, not to mention my parents stayed in the room downstairs and were too noisy to sleep. After feedback to the front desk, I reminded the guests. I can say that I met unqualified parents and the room was not soundproofed. The area of the room was also very small and the price was not high. At 8 o'clock the next day, someone in the village opposite the fireworks room was also very clear. I hope that the store can communicate with the guests in time to deal with things, and don't wait for the guests to be emotional and even not praise before they get nervous. In addition, several staff members are still very enthusiastic, like them, and the scenery can see that the boss has spent a lot of thought, that is, the management of the hotel is lacking.
