My stay was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I walked into the room, it felt so fresh and clean. The natural light and the view were great too. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff were polite and patient, always quick to help with any questions or issues. The attention to detail really showed how much they care. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

The hotel was very eye-catching and easy to spot. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. The front desk lady was super responsible; she contacted us in advance to arrange the room, even put the beds together for us, and upgraded our room! She even called to remind us about the airport shuttle in the morning. Seriously, how responsible is that? It's very close to the airport, definitely my go-to choice when traveling with Vienna. I'll be back next time! 🫰

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was very quiet at night. The surrounding amenities are also very complete; the subway station is a 5-minute walk away, and downstairs there are malls, convenience stores, chain coffee shops, and fast food. It's very convenient to stay here.

This hotel truly amazed me! The lobby was uniquely decorated, clearly costing a lot of money. The facilities were comprehensive, with thoughtful attention to detail in everything from toiletries to gym equipment. The bedding was also of excellent quality and incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area was lively, and the receptionist was very helpful, recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it!

Whenever I go to Changsha, I choose Orange Hotel. The room is clean and sanitary, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are very good, with authentic Changsha flavor. The waiters are very nice. We drove a tram, and there were plenty of parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, which made charging very convenient.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

Wonderful hospitality. Very few of the staff members could speak English. But everyone I interacted with went out of the way to make the stay memorable. Good food. Much of it was local cuisine. Looked unfamiliar at start, but mist items were delicious. Very close to GuangDa subway Station. Convenient to reach from the airport, Changsha main railway station and Changshanan high speed train station.

As someone who travels frequently for business, this is by far the most hassle-free business hotel I've stayed at. The location is super convenient for commuting, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so meeting clients or grabbing a bite is never out of the way. The rooms are practical; the workspace has ample outlets, and all the screen-mirroring and fast-charging equipment you need for smooth online meetings without any lag. The cleaning staff does a thorough job daily, and the bedding is changed promptly. The hallways are quiet and undisturbed. The self-service laundry room and gym are very practical for longer stays. The staff is quick to respond; any request to the front desk is handled within minutes. The prices are stable with no hidden fees, making it excellent value for money for business trips.
