4-Star Hotels in Changsha County

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, and the room is comfortable. Details are impressive. A mid-to-high-end hotel has also done surprising details beyond accommodation. What you can see is what you can see. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The gym is very good, and the self-service laundry is also very convenient. It is very convenient for business trips and tourists, and the price-performance ratio is very good...

I was very satisfied with my stay at Bantang Hotel. The location was ideal, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. The facilities were comprehensive, and the spacious and bright living room and well-stocked restaurant made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite. The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

I have been staying at this hotel for 4-5 months now (for work) and it has been a very good experience. The rooms are always very clean. The cleaning lady would come to clean every day. The staff is always especially helpful. Thank you Anna for helping me so many time! :)

The stay experience was quite satisfactory this time, the hotel was conveniently located, and it was convenient to travel and find food. The lobby is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is friendly, and the check-in is quick and not long. The rooms are clean and dry, the mattresses are soft and comfortable to sleep, and the bathroom facilities are complete with hot water. The sound insulation is not wrong, the night is very quiet. The breakfast style is rich and tastes good, and the hygiene is in place. The price is high, the service is intimate and meticulous, and the next visit will be prioritized. It is worth recommending relatives and friends.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The location is good. It is next to the shopping mall and snack street. The front desk is gentle and attentive. The breakfast is also delicious. The toiletries in the room are complete and there is no odor. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Nanchang

I really wish the room came with a mosquito coil or repellent. Waking up at 3:30 AM to swat mosquitoes was tough, and these mosquitoes are no joke; I got a huge bump on my forehead. Still, I'm giving a good review for the bedding, environment, and service.
