My stay was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I walked into the room, it felt so fresh and clean. The natural light and the view were great too. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff were polite and patient, always quick to help with any questions or issues. The attention to detail really showed how much they care. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

The hotel was very eye-catching and easy to spot. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. The front desk lady was super responsible; she contacted us in advance to arrange the room, even put the beds together for us, and upgraded our room! She even called to remind us about the airport shuttle in the morning. Seriously, how responsible is that? It's very close to the airport, definitely my go-to choice when traveling with Vienna. I'll be back next time! 🫰

I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

I was very satisfied with my stay at Bantang Hotel. The location was ideal, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. The facilities were comprehensive, and the spacious and bright living room and well-stocked restaurant made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite. Whenever I go to Changsha, I choose Orange Hotel. The room is clean and sanitary, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are very good, with authentic Changsha flavor. The waiters are very nice. We drove a tram, and there were plenty of parking spaces on the first floor of the hotel, which made charging very convenient.

The room was very spacious, clean, and the facilities were new. The hygiene was also very good. Most importantly, I booked the airport transfer service half an hour in advance, and the hotel receptionist kindly arranged a BMW to take me to the airport. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

We stayed overnight on our arrival to Changsha. the hotel is located in a nice quiet location very close to the train station and metro. It was a comfortable stay and very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Changsha

The cleaning staff does a thorough job daily, and the bedding is changed promptly. The hallways are quiet and undisturbed. The self-service laundry room and gym are very practical for longer stays. The staff is quick to respond; any request to the front desk is handled within minutes. The prices are stable with no hidden fees, making it excellent value for money for business trips.
