Very Good

LLingdaThe hotel upgraded the room for free, which was quite good. When we arrived that day, the lowest temperature was 3 degrees and the highest was 18 degrees. There was a heating fireplace in the room, which was turned on for one night.

2206127****An unexpectedly great stay! I never thought I'd have such a good experience in a small place like Genhe. The room was very clean, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – they even provided disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers, which was a huge plus! The room also had a sauna, which was amazing! The front desk staff were very welcoming! Especially Xiao Shao! She helped us with our luggage, called taxis for us, and even checked in on our outdoor itinerary. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, she was already waiting for us at the entrance. Such warm and friendly staff! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Reindeer Park scenic area, which is part of a larger complex where you can also visit a museum in addition to seeing the reindeer. The hotel has a reindeer theme, and the lobby has a nice artistic vibe. The breakfast noodles are good. However, the room prices are inflated; it's usually over 690 RMB, and over 900 RMB during the National Day holiday. Accommodation in this scenic area is genuinely expensive. Honestly, staying in Genhe City isn't that far away either.

AAnonymous User1. The hotel does not have a front desk, so you have to check in and check out at the Iqsamar hotel front desk on the side. 2. The whole check-in process of entering the hotel is not service at all. I can't find the room. There is no one in the room area. There is no guide sign on the stairs. The breakfast waiter is very good. Butler service does not exist. The gym did not see it. 3. The room facilities are very new and the taste is very big. It is recommended to put a taste in the business. The water quality is very poor. 4. At 9:55 in the morning, room service knocked on the door to confirm whether it could be cleaned. I kept chatting at the door and said why I hadn't checked out. Can you if you are a guest? Very annoying. 5, parking area is very spacious.

SShijunzibuqi我們寫評價當然是希望後來人能看到，也希望酒店能夠看到。説實話，這個酒店所處的環境非常的好，周邊是大興安嶺的腹地，森林的景觀讓人心曠神怡，我們是從額爾古納濕地前往的根河，從根河的市區又奔赴的這家酒店，酒店距離市區的距離不算遠，20分鐘曲徑通幽，在前往酒店的路上還看到了一衹野鹿，酒店在森林之中也是很遼闊啊，四座建築也很有格調。最可圈可點的是酒店的早餐，我認為吃的非常的舒服，也很好吃，尤其是它的蒜泥白肉，奶茶也不錯，就是有一個瑕疵，酒店的這個房間呢，不是很大，雖然説它有一個院子可以出門，就看到户外的風景，但是酒店如果是標準間的話，兩張床呢，還是稍微有點個擁擠，放行李箱啊，缺少很充足的地方。但説實話，以它在當時的價格，以及在根河這個地方已經是非常好的酒店了，打掃的也比較乾淨，酒店的這個服務員呢，其實可以在着裝方面穿的專業一點，也再熱情一點，我認為酒店就沒有太大的問題了。
