4-Star Hotels in Korla

A less than pleasant stay. We booked a family room, specifying four people (three adults and one child) and requiring four pairs of slippers, but none were provided in the room. Although we requested them over the phone, there weren't enough toothbrushes or shower caps, and nothing for the child was provided – it felt careless. The bathroom drain was clogged, and after the first person showered, the bathroom flooded. We had to wait for someone to fix it after midnight. The air conditioning was faulty; even at 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees Celsius. Sleeping on the thick mattress was uncomfortable even without a blanket, and since we finished showering around 1 or 2 AM, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. We were woken up at 9 AM by loud construction noise outside the window. Local government officials start work at 10 AM, so 9 AM is roughly equivalent to 7 or 8 AM in inland China. We had specifically requested a quiet room in the booking notes, but our needs weren't considered at all when the room was arranged, which made us quite angry. This was the worst hotel experience of our two-week trip to Xinjiang.

On which strong travel accommodation, Xinjiang Korla Bosten is simply a model of the service in the inner volume. Staying for two days, two 24-hour housekeepers (No. 62 and No. 133) caring service, more than a dozen clothes are cleaned every day, not only to distinguish the color, fine clothing is also hand-washed, leather shoes are oiled, white sneakers even the soles are wiped clean. In the morning, fruit plates are delivered, milk supper in the evening, and various beauty teas are served all day. It is recommended that guests pack with a pier pot to meet the amount of drinking water a day. The hotel is located in the center of the old city. It is a five-minute walk to the lively square night market. It is the community service center. Vegetables and fruits and various early supplies are sufficient. When you come back from a circle in southern Xinjiang, you must visit this hotel again. Don't worry about washing your clothes when you get home.

There is a dedicated parking lot, which is very convenient. Breakfast is normal. Fruits, yogurt, and drinks are provided in the room as compensation for the noise of the renovation. There is a little distance to eat in the surrounding area. Overall good.

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous during check-in. The process was efficient and quick, and the staff were gentle and patient. They proactively informed me about local transportation options, breakfast times, and even helped with my luggage while recommending great local spots. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel welcome and secure from the moment I arrived – a perfect experience! The room was also very clean and comfortable; I had such a pleasant stay!

Korla Wanda Yuehua Hotel really recommends, the overall experience is great! The location is particularly gold, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The only minor drawback is that the hotel staff is small and the front desk has been busy. This time I was assigned to the room near the elevator. I was worried about the noise. I didn't expect the quality of the guests to be very high. The whole process was quiet and not disturbed. Parking ~ there are parking spaces on the ground, self-driving needs to arrive early to seize the parking space. Although the staff is tight, the front desk and all staff services are in place, and they will patiently deal with the needs if they are busy. Overall, the price is very high, and it is very suitable to come to Korla to stay.

I was very satisfied with the room. The air conditioner was very quiet, with almost no noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk service was very thoughtful and the breakfast was very rich. Next time I come to Korla, I will definitely choose this Atour Hotel!

My stay at the Kaize Hotel was a truly delightful surprise. Upon entering the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles, instantly dispelling the fatigue of my journey. Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness; every corner was spotless, and everything was neatly arranged. The room was fully equipped, with everything from daily necessities to entertainment facilities, providing me with immense convenience and comfort. The breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent—the only place that offered freshly made breakfast every morning; I highly recommend it.

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated that the laundry room came with detergent. There's a gym available too.

This hotel is a hidden gem, even newer and cleaner than the photos suggest! It was incredibly comfortable; I stayed for five days. The breakfast was good, soundproofing excellent, facilities top-notch, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, the TV large, and there was a laundry room. The shower water pressure was perfect, and the service was attentive. Plus, it's pet-friendly! It's right next to the Swan River, making for lovely walks in the park. The weather in Korla was also fantastic! Parking is free, and there are many delicious eateries downstairs – so many people come here to eat, it just adds to the comfortable vibe! It’s also very convenient for driving to Bosten Lake. I highly recommend this hotel! If you come to Korla, stay here, and you'll be full of happiness. And remember, Korla's fruits are amazing too!

The room is very clean and soundproof. The hotel is not far from the Peacock River and the Grand Bazaar. I live on the 25th floor. The view is very good and the accommodation is very comfortable.
