GGuest UserFrom arrival to check-out, I was truly delighted. The lobby has a comfortable sofa area, where I sat for a while while waiting for friends, and it felt completely comfortable. The room was even more spacious than the pictures show. The small desk by the window was just enough for my laptop, so I didn't feel cramped even when working late. The mattress was just the right firmness—no sinking or back pain. The pillow was a memory foam pillow, which was excellent for my cervical spine. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the vanity mirror had a built-in light, making it super convenient for applying makeup. Breakfast was delicious, with hot porridge and noodles, and the accompanying side dishes were incredibly delicious!

TTiantangrenjian2008I have to give a shout-out to Xiao Yang at the front desk! Check-in was super fast, and she proactively told us about nearby attractions and breakfast times. Her attitude was incredibly enthusiastic. The breakfast had a great variety, both Chinese and Western options, and it tasted delicious too. Room service was also very responsive; any requests were handled quickly.

The room was very comfortable, and we were not disappointed. HHelenWYPThe location is nearby the big mall Wan Xiang Hui for those who love shopping. Just outside the hotel is a bus stop so you can take bus rides to various places. We are given a plate of fresh fruits and yogurt every day. Even during check out, they gifted us a bag consisting of two packs of fruits, and two bottled water. The hotel also freely gave extra bottled water at your request! Such generosity is impressive.
What truly warms the heart is the very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and those in charge of our room cleanliness each day. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist us and accommodate our requests! Especially commendable are Ms Du Nian Xiang (lobby recep) and Ms Zhao (chambermaid for level 8). Thank you for your gentleness and warm smiles each day!

GGuest UserLan Ou is as good as ever. I arrived in the early morning. This is a new store. The guy at the front desk is warm and cute. The security guard is also very kind. They took me to identify the charging pile. The charging pile is around the back of the hotel. . The room is clean and tidy. The toilet is fully automatic and very convenient. There is plenty of water and hot water when taking a shower (I have to praise it). The breakfast has many varieties and the stir-fried chicken is very delicious. I was also given a bowl of soup. I will come again next time~

GGuest UserThe facilities of Linyi News Building are a bit old. It is convenient to park if you go early. There is no water dispenser in the huge lobby. If you take children out for a trip, you have to pay for breakfast separately. However, drinks and drinking water are provided in the room. It may be because of the Yi River that the area is not prosperous. There are basically no people and businesses in Wanda Plaza.

WW.St.I have stayed in this hotel many times, but it looks like it is getting worse about maintenance, if things are broken or the carpets are so disgusting dirty, than replace it, or clean it!
