Extremely satisfied! Coming from the MGallery in Dongfengyun, there was absolutely no letdown; in fact, I'd say the attention to detail here was even better. First off, the young lady at the front desk spoke softly and was very clear. The hotel's decor is exquisite, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the lake view is fantastic. The shower, toilet, and vanity are all separate, and the amenities provided are quite thoughtful – you can really feel the hotel's dedication to its guests. Breakfast was plentiful, and to my surprise, they even had salmon, kingfish, and herring sashimi – a truly unexpected bonus! It's very close to the lake, just across the road, and not far from Qianwang Gate or Focheng Shopping Mall. If I ever come back to Mile, I'll definitely choose this place again.

This time, I stayed at the Venus Hotel with my child, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hot spring area had many pools with excellent water quality; a soak there was incredibly relaxing. The swimming pool water was clear, and the environment was spacious and great for photos. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, and check-in was swift. My child loved the hotel. It’s definitely a top choice for a family vacation, and I'll choose to stay here again on my next holiday.

Excellent hotel! The entire property looked beautiful, rooms were spacious and new. Many hot springs with varying temperatures were all very comfortable and swimming pools was lovely as well. Breakfast selections were plentiful, and delicious. Included laundry services were a plus, and location of the hotel was excellent. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night.

It's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. Every day, there were fresh fruits and different 'good night' drinks. Mineral water was readily available throughout the hotel, which was very convenient. The hot springs and hot stone room really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. Although I didn't get to try the swimming pool, it looked quite nice. After checking out, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The front desk procedures were efficient and smooth, and they even thoughtfully provided tips on getting around the area. The room was not only spotless, but also thoughtfully equipped with drinking water and toiletries. They responded quickly to any requests, and the service was just right. My stay was comfortable and relaxing, far exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended!

The woman at the front desk, as if I was sending her money, asked her what time to check out, it was like she was paying thousands of dollars, and she was very impatient and took the money from the quarrel just now That tone told me, I have stayed in this hotel many times. I often sleep here directly after drinking with my friends. I always check out before 9.00pm the next day. I asked casually, and I was fooled by this ghost fire green. I have stayed in many hotels in Maitreya, and I still highly recommend this one. The price/performance ratio is very good. Is it possible to replace the mineral water with Nongfu Spring? I have been using that one and I can’t drink it.

Excellent experience, truly great! It's perfect for families with kids, offering both a swimming pool and hot tubs – fantastic! My only suggestion: the hot tub temperature was way too high. I mentioned it to the staff, but it seemed to have no effect; the water actually got even hotter. I measured it at 42 degrees Celsius with my watch. I genuinely hope they can add some cold water, because otherwise, it's just too hot to get in. The slightly cooler hot tubs were packed with people, making most of them too hot to enjoy. The infinity pool, though, was absolutely perfect and highly recommended!

The elevator was cramped and reeked of cigarette smoke. The smart toilet wasn't very smart, difficult to use, and the flush was very weak. When checking in, the front desk asked if I had a car and asked me to register my license plate number. I did, and I figured that if I did, the exit barrier would automatically lift when I exited. When checking out, the front desk was constantly on the phone. I told her I was checking out, but she didn't have time to answer. I handed her my room card and left without saying a word. When I reached the parking barrier, it wouldn't lift at all, so I backed it back and returned to the front desk to inquire. Only then did I learn that I had to scan a QR code to exit. No one explained this to me during check-in or check-out. This kind of service is truly unacceptable; it's not worth the 318 yuan price per night.

Our stay here truly exceeded expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and felt cozy and inviting, not at all cramped. It was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a great rest. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the main tourist area. The staff were all friendly and patient, always quick to respond to any questions or needs. It really felt like a home away from home, making our trip incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
