4-Star Hotels in Ordos

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day! Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable. There was a convenience store next door too. Would recommend if you are in the area!

I drove home for the New Year and encountered heavy snow, so I had to find a hotel to stay in halfway. My father and I took our three children and searched all the hotels with family rooms. This one seemed to have good value for money and was very close to the highway. The environment was the same as in the photos. As soon as the children entered the door, they jumped into various toys and couldn't wait to take off their shoes and clothes, sweeping away the tiredness and frustration of our journey. The children played by themselves, and my dad and I also had time to rest. I forgot to take pictures of the bunk beds, they were so childish. The hotel staff were very welcoming. They delivered warm mineral water, prepared snacks and fruits for the children, delivered warm hot water when we left, and gave the children and us New Year gifts. The child accidentally wet the bed and no one said anything. Temporary accommodation, no compromise at all.

The hotel environment is very nice, suitable for both tourism and business trips. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Li, are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is also good. I especially want to give a thumbs up to Sister 039 for her service. Because we came with our family and children, we troubled Sister 039 many times, and she always served us meticulously and patiently. Thank you again, Sister 039.

I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

1. The hotel's location is very remote. There are a few villas under construction nearby, but otherwise it's mostly wasteland. I was a bit scared checking in at night. Eating and ordering takeout are inconvenient nearby. If you're not driving, think twice before choosing this hotel. 2. The booking details said the room was over 20 square meters, but the actual size is probably only 15 square meters. There's no sofa, just a very small table, barely enough room for two people's luggage and bags. 3. The TV can't be cast, and everything on the system requires payment, which is very inconvenient. 4. I couldn't call the front desk from the room phone, which seems to be a problem. I could only call the hotel from my phone, but the front desk phone could still call me, which is quite frustrating. 5. There are some advantages: the whole room has smart voice control, and the hot water is very consistent. Overall, it feels like it's in the 150 RMB price range, but the hotel's appearance might be a major factor in the price.

Facilities: The decoration is very new, the room is very small, how can the Dyson hair dryer be displayed on the platform? It is actually an ordinary brand. There are many rooms, but there is only one elevator. The laundry room is on the third floor, with two drum washing machines and two dryers. It shows that this is a four-star hotel, it feels better than Hanting, not as good as the whole season Atour, it is a Samsung hotel to me to score. Environment: There are a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor, and mosquitoes follow them into the elevator. Service: The service is generally average. There are many guests staying in the room, the restaurant is not big, and the breakfast replenishment speed is a bit slow. Mongolian milk tea in breakfast, fried dough sticks are delicious. There is a supermarket and several specialty shops around, and there are several charging piles in the parking lot at the entrance.

Among hotels near the airport, this is probably the best choice for business travelers. It's affordable, offers airport shuttle service, and is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can order lunch and dinner, and they'll even deliver it to your room.

Awesome place for families. Family yurt was ideal and the Hero show was fantastic. The other shows and kids activities were also great. Beware limited eating choices but those there are decent enough. Ice cream and Dico’s available at the activities area. Also note you need to pay to get into the scenic area and activities/shows. We paid 268 per adult including 12 activities/shows. Kids under 1.3m are free. Oh and free to use washer/dryer was a godsend.

Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I can't help but comment that this is the only hotel in the scenic area. It looks good based on the price, but only those who have stayed there know. 1. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and took my luggage on his own initiative. My first impression was quite good. As soon as I moved in, I discovered that the air conditioner was roaring loudly, the toilet button required skill - if you pressed it incorrectly the water would just keep flowing, and the sink drain was half-blocked, so after using it you had to wait for the water to flow out before you could use it again. There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!
