4-Star Hotels in Shanwei

We chose this hotel when driving through Lufeng. I've stayed at several Hilton properties before, and this one felt like the best. Everything from the hotel's appearance, cleanliness, room facilities, to the staff service was almost perfect. Upon check-in, the front desk lady upgraded our room, making our stay experience exceed expectations. The view from the window was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, with both variety and quality being satisfying. The Shengfu Restaurant on the fifth floor offered good food for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. This hotel easily ranks among the top three for value for money out of all the places we've stayed in recent years. Highly recommended.

This business trip back home left me extremely dissatisfied with both the service and facilities. Since the hotel opened, I've returned two or three times a year and always stayed at this hotel. Previously, the service and cleanliness were impeccable, especially the service, which made me feel very comfortable. This time, however, the experience was completely different. First, the unfamiliar receptionist was unresponsive, unenthusiastic, impatient, unprofessional, and inadequate in answering questions. The entire communication process was incredibly frustrating; I almost couldn't resist asking the person next to me to help me with check-in. It completely shattered my impression of the hotel. Later, when I encountered her in the hallway on the check-in floor, I could sense her resentment towards my annoyance; she didn't even offer a greeting. Second, the cleanliness was lacking. Perhaps due to the high volume of guests and booming business, the hotel couldn't maintain its previous quality; everything was sloppy, and the elevator reeked of smoke. Finally, something I've been wanting to mention: the pillows were too soft and lacked support, making it difficult to fall asleep.

Overall, it was quite comfortable, but the first room smelled heavily of smoke. We were able to switch to another room, which was much better. The service could use some improvement. I explicitly mentioned at check-in that we were staying for two nights, but our key card stopped working on the second day and needed to be reactivated.

A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a three-level underground parking garage with charging stations, which is very convenient if you're driving. The breakfast offered a good variety, though the restaurant seating was a bit limited. Kelly Yi at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room, even providing a complimentary breakfast for our child. Thumbs up! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone.

The room is large, clean, and the big bed is comfortable. I have rented this hotel many times. There are many restaurants. I highly recommend it. The 㩗程 app is also highly recommended. It is very convenient and fast. There are many delicious foods in Shanwei and Haifeng. You can go there.

The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. The laundry room equipment is new and convenient to use, and the gym space is suitable. Xiao Cheng at the front desk is attentive and has a full experience.

The lobby of the hotel is gorgeously decorated and it's close to transportation. The takeaway guys in the room delivered it quickly. Apart from the slightly higher price, there are no other shortcomings. The variety of breakfast on the second day was good. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

I haven't lived in Dingzun Hotel for a long time. The location of the hotel is still excellent. It is convenient to travel on Donghai Avenue. The Xingfu City Square next to it has KFC, Luckin, and Hey Tea. It is also convenient to eat; the room is very spacious and clean. But the hotel's facilities are a bit aging, and some lights in the room are not bright. The hotel breakfast is very good, there are Lufeng specialty snacks such as oysters, crystal oysters, Chaozhou powder oysters, vegetable pellets, and soy milk fritters!

I've repurchased this many times, and the overall experience has always exceeded my expectations. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. The customer service team is patient and responds quickly, and the shipping is fast. The packaging arrives intact without any damage. It's truly great value for money, and I highly recommend it.
