GGuest UserFriendly, helpful staff who gave clear bus and train info you just need to ask and have google translate ready. Handy for shops and food. Rooms very clean with a good layout and spacious for Japan. Best part was the Onsen great experience, super clean and a great way to end the day!!

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and can be fully opened for two people to carry their luggage. The TV can also be connected to the phone to play videos. In addition, the kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker. There is no need to worry about being hungry at night and having nothing to eat. The toilet bathtub is also very spacious. After buying a few packs of bath detergent nearby, taking a bath every night has become a mandatory action! Plus the washing machine in the toilet, all facilities are very convenient! Most of the front desk staff can speak simple English, and there is no problem with basic communication. The enthusiasm and smiles of the staff are also worthy of praise! At this price, the hotel’s CP value is really high! Will definitely come again next time!

OOzYoPiczAbsolutely fabulous cabin / capsule hostel. Service is fantastic as is the breakfast buffet every morning. Cabins are double beds with room with only a basic folding door that doesn’t lock. There is a lockable storage cupboard in the room and a flat screen Tv. The lower ground level has an Onsen bathhouse and laundry facilities as well as a massage room which you can book at reception. The bathrooms all feature the whizbang toilets you would expect and a small shower recess. The prices are excellent and the comfort level can be from capsule to cabin or to Hotel Room. Will gladly return to stay here in the future.

WWei LiHotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

GGuest UserWe stayed with 2 adults and 1 child. This is the best value hotel for family and group trips. I was worried that there might be something special about the cheap price with such good facilities, but my fears were unfounded (lol). There were lots of beds and the kids had a blast. I wonder what it was like when we stayed at a famous group hotel in the past, where the three of us had to sleep crammed into one bed. Spaciousness is justice! I'd like to stay here again.

PPong shunThe hotel is a 2-minute walk from Hatchobori Station. It is located in the most prosperous area of Hiroshima. It is a 3-minute walk to the shopping street and a 5-minute walk to Parco. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs on the top floor. The room is not big, but very practical. The air conditioning is very strong. The reception is on the 13th floor. There are daily necessities in the lobby. The hotel entrance is a little hidden. When you arrive, walk to the end and there is a hidden door. It will open automatically as long as you get close.

MMiaoziThe room was clean and the kitchen was convenient to use. The bathroom had a washing area and I was very happy to have a bathtub where I could relax. I wasn't planning on doing laundry, but I used it thinking about what I'd do when I got home. Everything was very helpful. My mother-in-law was also traveling with us, so I thought the beds were designed to ensure each person's privacy, which was great for allowing everyone to get a good night's sleep. The kids seemed to enjoy the loft. There was an incident that caused a lot of trouble for the front desk, but they were very kind and helpful throughout. I'd like to use your services again, thank you.

GGuest UserThe entrance had a suspicious atmosphere and I was worried if it was okay, but when I entered the room it was completely normal. There was no one at the front desk and everything was automatic, so I was confused, but I was only planning to stay overnight so it was fine. They also served juice and the room was clean and spacious, which was nice. I wonder if this style of room rental will become more common in the future. If it helps reduce costs, I think it's good for just staying overnight.
