JacDegasThe hotel's location is absolutely ideal. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hatchobori tram stop, which is a short tram ride from Hiroshima Station. Many famous attractions are within walking distance, and you can also catch a bus nearby to The Outlet. There's a shopping street close by with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and I especially appreciated the new model washer/dryer, which was very convenient. However, it's crucial to remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door in the morning; otherwise, they won't clean your room or replace your towels.
Guests can enjoy complimentary access to their shared lounge (outside of breakfast hours and excluding alcoholic beverages), which offers soft drinks, coffee, and snacks.

RustyGVery grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs.
Lovely staff with excellent English.

Chua.JustinI booked a standard capsule cabin for two nights. The room was clean and tidy. However, some guests didn’t seem to follow the rules and made noise after 11 p.m. by zipping and rearranging their luggage, and by opening and closing the door frequently. The hotel itself is excellent, but guests who are unable to be considerate of others are really not suited to staying in a capsule hotel.

There was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
I would like to introduce it to my friends.

Guest UserThe room is very spacious and can be fully opened for two people to carry their luggage. The TV can also be connected to the phone to play videos. In addition, the kitchenette in the room is fully equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker. There is no need to worry about being hungry at night and having nothing to eat.
The toilet bathtub is also very spacious. After buying a few packs of bath detergent nearby, taking a bath every night has become a mandatory action! Plus the washing machine in the toilet, all facilities are very convenient!
Most of the front desk staff can speak simple English, and there is no problem with basic communication. The enthusiasm and smiles of the staff are also worthy of praise!
At this price, the hotel’s CP value is really high! Will definitely come again next time!

This is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Overall, it's quite good!

There's an induction cooktop, a microwave, a washing machine, and laundry detergent pods.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, the bathroom is spacious, and the toilet is new.
The room is also spacious and, to put it mildly, fantastic.
There's a 7-Eleven across the street.
If I had to nitpick, I felt the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and there's no large public bath. Since there were five of us, the trash can was a bit small.
The hairdryer is a Salonia.
You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV.
Breakfast was a choice between dried fruit and yogurt or a sandwich.

Ferfer8Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind.
2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too.
3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes.
4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept)
5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly.
Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!

Although it was close to Hiroshima Station and the downtown area, the room was quiet and calm. It looked a little old, but it was clean and there were no problems. It was also nice to be able to relax and enjoy the river view from the window. I would definitely stay here again.
