Very quiet, very close to Kleik Paradise, there are sometimes monkeys on the trees in the yard, and there will be chameleons on the road.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooftop pool is beautiful, and the location is excellent. We were a little worried about the noise because of what we had read in other reviews, but honestly, we didn’t find it noisy at all. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby is quite small, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price and we would definitely recommend it.

Actually the price/performance ratio is average, but the hotel staff are so caring! ! The Mexican staff, who didn't speak English well, saw our couple stay in, and helped us arrange the room the next day during our outing. The flowers on the bed were picked fresh! ! Carefully help us occupy the parking space every day! Very simple! ! Super considerate of guests!

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

We stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

Location is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.

Location is good. It is close to 5th avenue and beach. I loved the resort and nature. It was lovely and cozy. But there were ants in bathroom and straw fell down because of palapa. There's no refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. All of staffs are kind and friendly. Espacially Rogelio was really kind and pleasant.

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing because the room category I had booked and which was more expensive was not available when I checked in. The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.

Awesome location and for those that like the night life, super close to the bars and clubs. Convenient location and depending on the room, you can avoid the rooftop and outside noise, just ask.
