4-Star Hotels in Mae Rim

Really great stay. The atmosphere of the home was very cozy, Sooo many amenities for us, homeowner was really kind to offer us a free breakfast daily. Getting up to the home was possible with a rental car, down the hill we were close to a 7/11 and many local shops to purchase supplies for a hotpot or barbecue. We were able to procure firewood for the fire pit from the owner too, the communication with them was really good. Room wise, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy and well air-conditioned and maintained. The water pressure of the showers were good and they provided a set of good body washes and shampoos for us. With towels. They have a few board games, karaoke set, Bluetooth speaker, tv, acoustic guitar for us to use. Plenty of power sockets to use too, kitchens well stocked with things (knives, cutting boards, pots pans)

We were looking forward to staying here so much, it was the most expensive place we stayed in at £149 for the night, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing first we were kept waiting 40 minutes in the blazing heat for a driver, we had to phone twice to ask how much longer we would have to wait, we were then kept waiting another 40 minutes to check in despite us asking for early check in. We eventually got to the room which was very dusty on both bedside tables and around the headboards, the deciding factor to us booking here was the outdoor bath unfortunate we had to clean it before using it then the water was only tepid so it was no good. The staff were absolutely lovely here if attention was paid to cleaning and the bath had hot water it would have been nice, I would not stay here again despite the lovely staff and stunning views.

Our stay at Mae Rim Grace was truly wonderful!!! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, so comfortable and in a tasteful Thai style. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Mae Rim. The staff were wonderful, particularly the breakfast was beyond our expectations! I have never been to a place where they come in and cook breakfast for you. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff came in and were very polite and efficient. Khun Pen was there for our every need, even bringing small gifts to our 3 daughters. Staying at Mae Rim Grace felt like a home a way from home, I only wish we could stay longer! The pool was also great, and the outdoor area was perfect for lounging around. Highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to stay again!

We booked two rooms. I stayed in the one-night and two-night rooms for two nights. They were clean, fragrant and very spacious. The bathroom is very spacious. Worth the price, but the only downside is that there are so many people staying. The water flowed very lightly, and was now big and small, hot and cold. And a room for one night. But once inside, there is a musty smell. The surrounding area is beautiful. But I wish there were more lights at the back of the room, that would be great. You can sit back and enjoy the river view. The service was excellent.

Summary: We had a great stay here at SkyView Monjam! The house had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay, albeit certain obscure corners could be cleaned up better. The staff were excellent and took great care of us, providing us with good food and catering to our requests as much as possible. Would definitely come back again for a relaxing retreat! Cleanliness: Overall very clean, though certain areas that are more difficult to reach in general could see certain signs of nature. But those areas are not visible unless you purposely look into it, which won't affect your stay overall. Staff will ask if the house needs to be cleaned daily, then changes the bedsheets and covers if yes. So rest assured that the sheets are clean and fresh. Location: Not the most accessible, but that should be expected when you are booking this place since it is up in the mountain area. Driving takes at least 1 hour with confident driving skills on windy mountainous roads. The last 200m or so to the house is bumpy off-road tracks. Transportation to and fro can be requested to the staff and booked at least 1 day in advance for a fixed fee. Do not bother trying to get Grab/Bolt rides as the final fare will end up much higher due to rural location and road condition. In fact, why bother going out when you can relax in nature 😃 Service: Simply put, it was equivalent to a 5-star resort. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and timings, even waiting for us near past their working hours and our requested time to help prepare our dinner! Be rest assured that you will be well taken care of during the stay! Amenities: The MVP was the speaker provided, it stayed with us throughout our whole stay. Wifi was strong and readily available despite being in a less urban area. Shower water is fixed at a temperature as the hot water is boiled using gas, so any adjustments will require assistance from the staff to physically change the gas intake of the boiler. The air-conditioning is not the strongest at cooling the entire house, so a standing fan is provided to help circulate the cool air around. Other than utensils which can be requested from the staff, cooking appliances and tools are readily available.

Great atmosphere and perfect weather; there was even a morning mist. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. There's a nice seating area next to the dome with a very chill vibe. I loved it!

Views from the villa are amazing. It’s great that they include dinner and breakfast. I personally loved the karaoke machine. Can hear noise from events in neighborhood village but that might depend on the day. Amenities could be better, but overall I have no major complaints. Location is very remote but there is a local grocery store within walking distance, and the host also can arrange a ride for you back into the city.

The room was spotless, and getting a taxi wasn't an issue. The hotel even has its own shuttle service that can drop you off at the main road for free. The staff were all super friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant was really clean and fantastic! Super clean room, very friendly staff, food at the restaurant in the hotel is super cheap. Great place if you like sports, they have many options for sports lovers. I was there with my family.

I had a lovely stay at Serene Maerim Villa. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I really enjoyed the quiet and private atmosphere around the villa. The bed was also very comfortable and soft, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were also wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were very helpful and always happy to assist whenever I needed anything. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There were many different dishes to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious. I especially loved the variety of the menu, and the food was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I would definitely come back again!

Quite a gd place to enjoy natural. But reasonably, it's not a luxury location. Location is not too accessible but meant to be.
