4-Star Hotels in Bursa

The Wi-Fi was terrible; it was barely connectable in the room, which is truly devastating for a foreign traveler. The room wasn't exactly clean; there were sticky marks on the table. The window was open, and the smell of kebabs from the street outside wafted into the room. I don't know if it was allergies, but my skin was constantly itchy when I lay in bed. However, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making it seem like no problem at all. They went out of their way to help me solve any of my problems. There was a guy who spoke English, whose name I forgot, and a guy who made me black tea. The staff were truly warm and helpful.

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

Stayed for two days. The room booked at the front desk was very small, and the next day the online booking was given a better room. Different treatment.

Clean hotel, located on a very nice street where you have a lot of choice in food, bathroom and room were very clean, lots of choice in breakfast

Stay here every time, it is more convenient, and the surrounding business district is also close

The hotel is in the new city of Bursa, it is very convenient to go to the industrial area, half an hour's drive from the old city. The room is small, the sound insulation is very poor, the pillow is too high. There is a shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient.
