This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Beautiful view from the window. There's an excellent Italian trattoria next door. The staff are responsive and attentive, the design is very pleasant, and cleaning and linen changes are done upon request. Everyone speaks English, and the staff helped us resolve an unusual situation with our rental car, for which we are very grateful. They are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. We intentionally left a cap in the room, and they immediately messaged us to say we had forgotten something. Overall, 10/10. We wish them all the best!!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located in the centre of Göcek with everything we could need or want. The Turkish breakfast was great as was the pool area and the staff were also great. The best thing was our room which was big, clean and comfortable. We would definitely go again.

The hotel environment is generally acceptable, but the charges are not cheap. Breakfast is prepared per person, with a single variety, and milk and coffee are not provided proactively, only after asking. In short, the cost performance is not too high

As everyone has said, the scenery is first-rate, but everything else falls short. The staff are friendly, but the rooms are extremely small and the facilities are inadequate. The room alone offers poor value for money. The breakfast is vegetarian; there's only a thin slice of ham for two people. The claim that each room has a pool is misleading. It's just a bathtub; adults can't swim in it. Also, the outdoor bath gets covered in leaves and dust, making it unhygienic, so it's not really worth it. All things considered, it's only suitable for a day of relaxing in the hotel and enjoying the tranquil natural scenery.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The hotel stipulates that the check-in time is 2:00. Foreigners will not provide you with rooms even if they have them. If they say check-in at 2 o'clock, it means 2 o'clock. Foreigners are not flexible in doing things. But this time we were lucky. The hotel gave us a room at 10 o'clock and helped us upgrade the room to the sea. The room has a very good view and a warm room with 2 beds. Although the room is a bit small, I am quite satisfied with it👍🏻

Located halfway up the mountain, it was a bit hard to find; I circled around a few times before finally finding it. We were upgraded to a different room, and the view was quite nice, although the room facilities were average. Breakfast was quite good; the black pepper fried eggs were delicious. The breakfast restaurant also had a great view, with many paragliders visible.

The favorite hotel of the companion, the room bedding is comfortable and the environment is quiet. Although there is a kitchen, the conditions are limited. Breakfast is simpler. The room is newly renovated and clean.

I imagined this hotel not much differently. But overall if not my expectations, the hotel is very good. I got concessions and opened the pool after 6:00. Also free sauna and hamm. Breakfast is very delicious and diverse.
