The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.

Guest UserGreat hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby. It’s a bit far from LA but the drive is really not bad if you plan your day correctly. It is excellent for Disney land as they offer amazing shuttle services with amazing drivers! Rooms were very good!
Cons:
I didn’t like the Keurig coffee machine it look a bit dirty and I wish they offered complementary coffee. I had pay 3-4$ every morning for coffee. I hope they upgrade the laundry room and add apple pay as carrying 25 cents coins was annoying.

The hotel rooms are relatively new and exceptionally clean and new. Windows cannot be opened, but there is central air conditioning. It's very convenient to get to Disneyland; it's a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride, although waiting for the bus can be quite long, so driving is the best option. Valet parking at the hotel is also very convenient and inexpensive.

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

kaepinHighly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim!
I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim.
The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff.
One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.

Anonymous UserDon't equate Marriott in the United States with Marriott in China. They are not of the same level at all. This one is relatively new in Irvine. The indoor and outdoor areas are OK. I forgot whether the parking fee is 40 or 50 a day, but I still parked for safety. It would be troublesome if the car was smashed. Parking is valet parking. I didn't see anyone tipping, so I don't need to tip. Foreigners didn't tip either. Maybe everyone thinks the fee is quite high. The room is clean. I was afraid that I didn't ask to clean the room because I was afraid of losing things, so remember to hang a do not disturb sign outside the door. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine and disposable coffee cups, which can be used to boil water for drinking. TV can be watched. The toilet is clean. The bathtub is small and shallow. Its basic function is to prevent water from flowing out, because there is no sewer in the bathroom in the United States. I booked the executive floor, so I basically didn't meet people on the same floor. It was also very quiet and no noise. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Spectrum Center. There are pedestrians all the way, but I didn't meet homeless people. Another complaint is that the front desk didn't say anything about the treatment of the executive corridor, and didn't even say where the breakfast was. I was too lazy to ask because I was jet-lagged. Overall, it was acceptable within low expectations, at least nothing went wrong.

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

Although the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.

The location is close to the sea, but it is sandwiched between two roads, so it's a bit of a detour if you go out for dinner. The room is large, with two TVs, but the facilities are old, and the service staff is nice. I stayed for two nights and the overall feeling was okay.
