5-Star Hotels in Tonglu

The hotel room was really stuffy this season, and there was no AC. They said it wasn't on yet, but it felt more like they were trying to save money by not running the cold air. They did provide a fan, but seriously, isn't that a bit ridiculous? The buffet selection was standard, but they were very slow and unenthusiastic about refilling dishes.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, and it's conveniently located right next to Daqishan Scenic Area. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic; the front desk lady, in particular, was very attentive and even showed us the way to the elevators. For late-night food deliveries, a robot can bring it directly to your room, which is super convenient. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable for sleeping, with plenty of space. It was also very quiet, allowing for a good rest. Plus, we could store our luggage after check-out. Thumbs up!

The hotel was great! I called ahead before checking in and they had the AC on for me, which was a nice touch. The room was quite spacious and offered excellent value for money. It even came with a small yard. There are plenty of local farm-to-table restaurants nearby, so dining out was very convenient. It's also super close to Xintiao Paradise. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many people around. I only stayed for two days this time, but Tonglu is definitely worth exploring. I'll be sure to stay longer and really enjoy it next time I visit!

It’s not far from drifting. It’s recommended to bring a family.

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!
