Hotels in Delhi
Established in 1903 as one of the first hotels of Delhi and recognized as a Heritage Hotel in 1994; Maidens Hotel is a stately survivor of the golden age - a time when steam ruled the waves and the rails; empires flourished and when the rich the famous and the titled used it as their stage. Its sweeping driveway and the grand facade give an inkling of its star-studded past. Its architecture is the most glorious illustration of old-world European charm with its colonial impressions. A stay at Maidens Hotel is ethereal and unmatched - an experience historically and culturally enriching. Every corner in the hotel has a story to tell; whether its unraveling the majestic royals of the princely states; the Delhi Durbar with its pre-independence coronation or the ruling times of The British Raj.

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly."

MMemory HallMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

GGuest UserRoom in Aloft hotel is comfortable and spacious, compared with other 4/5 stars hotels in Aerocity. I stayed 4 of them. Breakfast is with various options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. The dining hall is beautiful too. I would like to try their sushi restaurant next time. One problem was the noises at night. Maybe there is some night club nearby. I am relatively sensitive to the noises so that made the sleep difficult and shallow. But except for this, the rest are all good.

MMax LeeI had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Delhi during my trip for HYROX Delhi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially as I was preparing for a big race. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was extremely comfortable — perfect for much-needed rest and recovery. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities and the peaceful vibe after a long day of training and racing. What really stood out was the location and convenience. Being near the airport and well-connected to key areas made commuting a breeze, and the hotel’s calm, luxurious atmosphere was a great contrast to the high-energy race weekend. The breakfast spread was fantastic — fresh, diverse, and full of healthy options that suited my race prep diet. The staff even went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, which I truly appreciated. Big thank you to the Andaz Delhi team for making my HYROX trip so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to any athlete or traveler looking for comfort, class, and great hospitality in Delhi!

GGuest UserA potentially great place to stay but for the terrible attitude of staff The apartments are well appointed and of a decent size. They are generally clean too with nice bedsheets. The location in Aerocity is perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport but a long drive into town if you plan on sightseeing. However, all the positives are undercut by the atrocious service - short, sharp answers and general unhelpful attitudes from some staff really put a downer on our stay. A good breakfast is served in the adjoining Andaz hotel building. A complicated walk down steps, narrow paths and courtyards - this isn't a major issue except that getting directions from the staff is like getting blood from a stone. Kashish at the front desk couldn't be less helpful if she tried. Leaving me guessing and lost in the heat. In the end, I insisted she get off her seat and show me, which she begrudgingly did. A little bit of customer service training would make the Hyatt perfect. And if directions are too difficult to describe - please put up signs.

YYouS2017The hotel is just a short walk from Aerocity station, which is on the metro line to Delhi Airport. From the front lobby to the guest rooms, everything was of a high standard, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including authentic Indian dishes, which was very enjoyable. Currently, there's construction on the south side of the property, so south-facing rooms have a view of a construction site. However, through the gaps, you can still catch glimpses of the city in the distance and planes taking off and landing.

SSnideGreat hotel to stay at, but pricier for what it is, location is not optimal as it’s near a more run down area, but a calm walk away Connaught place and stuff, service is really responsive. Great food and room service pleasant stay, only thing is that if your plans change reception is really unhelpful in regards to changing booking and refunds etc… but over all a nice hotel, overpriced a little but good for a pleasant stay. Food is good too at the first floor restaurant.

MMages VetriThe only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.
