Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

There are no slippers in the room, the heating in the bedroom is not very warm, the floor heating and heating in the bathroom are powerful, not far from the Pigeon Square, the City Hall, various churches, and a small cemetery with about 15 tombstones is more than 50 meters away from the hotel. There is a medium-sized cemetery next to another hotel after exiting the alley. I hurried to buy some food and drinks at 4 pm in winter and went back. I didn't dare to go out at night because I passed by the cemetery. The sanitation was not cleaned. The mattress was quite soft, there was a TV and wireless, and I didn't experience a power outage. There was hot water for bathing in winter. I didn't dare to open the window. It was too cold. It seemed The single room doesn't get any sunlight. The guy at the front desk is very nice. Just register with your passport and then give you the key. There is heating as soon as you enter the hotel. A taxi from the airport costs about 15 marks, but everyone in the taxi knows how to cheat, so prepare 15 marks at the airport, don't use 20 or 30, otherwise, when the driver gets the money, he will say that he only took 15 marks. He doesn't use cheating when eating or buying drinks, because taxi drivers often cheat. If you give him 100 marks and ask him to change the bill for you, you must count it in front of him, otherwise he will give you 10 marks less.

I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight.

I only had two days in Sarajevo, so I specially booked a hotel in the old town. The location was extremely convenient and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was very good.
But I don’t know why when our friend traveled, the hotel arranged a king bed and emphasized that this was the booking!
After contacting Ctrip, I was transferred to a twin room the next day, but the room was even smaller.
It’s really not worth the price! A room worth nearly a thousand dollars. Ctrip later refunded us 188 yuan. Choose carefully!

The hotel is very close to the ancient city and it is very convenient to see around. The service is very good and the attitude is very good. There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.

I woke up lazily in the morning, walked slowly along the stone road to Pigeon Square, passed through the pigeons, randomly found a coffee shop, and sat down in a sunny location. Order a small snack and a cup of coffee (I recommend Turkish coffee, which is very flavorful. I called the driver inside and agreed to 20 bob, but he charged another 20 bob, not RMB. (I gave bob change in USD, and it has not been delivered to the destination. Forget it.
