The location is really good. Very centralised to everything. Easy to walk around Sarajevo from here. Its breakfast spread is really great too!

Everything was really good besides one point : coffee in the hotel restaurant was very bad quality (instant coffee). The hotel is really nice and located in the city center.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

It is located at the old city center. The staffs are friendly. It is clean and well managed.

Everything is good, except that the underground parking garage costs 15 euros per day, and guests staying in the hotel have to pay more, which is beyond expectations.... Everything else is good

The location is very convenient. There are many delicious small shops near the hotel. The hotel breakfast is really good. The local food is generally salty. It is comfortable and delicious to eat breakfast. The white rice is very good.

The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Sarajevo, with the old street just outside. The room has a view of the old city. The front desk service attitude is good and the check-in is fast. I asked for a standard room and was given a double bed room, but the beds can be separated, one into two. The room is large and quiet in the bustling city. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is clean. Overall good and recommended.
