Voco Strasbourg Centre - the Garden Reviews

All services are excellent. But the location is 15mins walk from tourist centre, a bit too far.

As a family of 3 we don’t have many options jn Strasbourg. Most designer properties only accommodate 2 in one room. Good sized, modern rooms by European standards. Efficient, lovely housekeeping staff. Walking distance to Strasbourg old town and train station. A comfortable stay with all the usual amenities of a four star property.

Room was as advertised. Gets a bit noisy with a frequent knocking sound. Not sure where that came from.

The room is more spacious than I think and it’s with a balcony, value for money! The staff are friendly

The reception was calling for 15 minutes and ignoring there is someone waiting for her. Her college is helping another man checking in right away and saying sorry to the man just because I asked why she didn’t check in for me first. There is no hairdryer waiting for 20 minutes for a dryer believe or not.

Great hotel. Close to main station. Walkable to all main attractions. Great breakfast buffet. Bilingual staff. Clean modern rooms.

The room is very good, a four-star hotel under the InterContinental Group, USB ports are very user-friendly, the lights are specially designed, the breakfast service is also good, it is within 1-1.2 kilometers from the Cathedral and Petite France, the location is very good, I thought it was far from the train station at first, it is 750 meters and a 10-minute walk. The only drawback is that the balcony faces the railway, I sleep very well, the slight sound of the train does not affect it, there are fewer trains at night and more trains in the morning

The hotel is very close to the train station, within walking distance. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the main city. The room is clean and has no peculiar smell. However, the hotel front desk staff was not professional enough and took several hundred euros from our credit card. Later, we found out that the mistake was corrected. The money has not arrived yet.

There were some minor issues when checking in, but the room was clean and tidy, the equipment was new, very good

The price is affordable, and the quality is absolutely guaranteed. Although it is not a luxury model, it is definitely comparable in quality. It is convenient to travel, and there is an endless stream of tourists living here.

Service: Everyone at the front desk speaks English, and the service is okay. There is an additional fee for the spa in the hotel, and half of the sauna machines are broken. Hygiene: Fairly clean, but there are stains on the sheets.
