3-Star Hotels in Strasbourg

Everything was as described! Receptionist answered on the phone in the announced hours. Located very close to a tram station and a supermarket and cafeterias. Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Tu-W, July 12-13, ~9 pm check-in. Horrible girl at desk—tall and thin with light brown hair and almond eyes. As the lone desk attendant, she ignored us while she finished writing something without acknowledging us. Then when she finally bothered to look up, she was very sour and acted like we were wasting her time. As she presented the credit card reader, she said to insert the card as I reflexively tried to tap it on the contactless icon as at nearly every other establishment. She repeated, “INSÉRER la carte,” like I was a jerk. After staying at 30 hotels during an extended tour of France, Italy, and Switzerland, it was definitely the rudest reception we’d ever gotten. Every other place was much more accommodating. She made me want to leave our room in a mess, though we did not. The breakfast attendant was also somewhat militant about checking room numbers and made people uncomfortable for being in the buffet line. Though it’s a good location, I’d recommend another place for better hospitality.

The hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅 The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee. Overall is a pretty decent stay.

Just a 3 min walk from Strasbourg Train Station straight across the plaza. Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). Large mall and Galleries Lafayette (10mins)Excellent front of house staff (special mention of Gabrielle) who are very welcoming and helpful. Room we had (103) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked well (very quiet and efficient). We had no noise from either the road or other guests. If I had to find a complaint it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent in quality and choice and again the staff very professional. The breakfast room is very tastefully laid out and modern.

Very good, as soon as I got out of the station, I saw a very eye-catching sign, with air conditioning, and a big supermarket next to it. The quality of ibis is still very reliable.

The service and the relationship with the hotel staff are perfect! We can ask questions and get answers, interview skills, and even city maps. A coffee machine is provided in the room and capsules are available at the reception. The bathroom is equipped with towels, hair and body shower products and a hairdryer. The place is quiet and well furnished, we would be happy to come back there next time we stay and highly recommend it to those around us.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation, just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is a Shanghai sister responsible for the catering part, the people are very good and very kind. The breakfast is very exquisite, especially the various snacks, the taste is superb, it is very recommended

Value for money. I recommend for a long stay if you are on tight budget. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Much better than expected. You have a cooker, fridge and small kitchen also a wardrobe. Did not try the breakfast so I can't comment Room cleaning is offered for extra charge Staff are attentive to requests Proximity from shops and tourist area

The amenities were my favorite NUXE, and I personally was a tick. It was a late time to arrive at a single stay, so I chose it as close to Strasbourg station as much as possible, but Google Maps was a little scared to be guided through narrow and dark roads i did. There were many shops around UberEats and it was perfect. It was a short stay time, so it was like a very narrow business hotel in Japan and there was a feeling of cleanliness, so it was enough for me to consider it as a French hotel. I'm sorry if there is a little memory difference because I stayed 3 months ago.

Very friendly receptionist on arrival who spoke very good English after I attempted in terrible French! Clean and comfortable room, with a lovely big shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Not the closest to the city centre but only about 15/20 walk so fine for the price. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Strasbourg.
