The hotel is very clean, Has a small kitchen in the room, We can cook food as at home! And it's near the tram station, Easy to move every where!

There is no Tea bag in room and Coffe machine water heater is not working and very dirty . Washing Jel its for formality not bathing .Something is there but noting in bottle its empty and There is no Tooth paste brush anything .Many unnessary things there but essental either empty or absend

This is essentially student accomodation, bare of many of the little touches you expect even from a 3-star. Some things were good w.g. WiFi was strong, shower was powerful even on the top floor, and it was very quiet. The main issue was the box bed. I had a single bed which was most definitely a single, and short enough so my feet dangled over the end and hit the box the mattress was in. It was not uncomfortable, but not comfy either. Bonus points for cheapness (you get what you pay for) and the really, really nice and helpful reception desk man.

They should have self checkin and checkout machine if their opening hour of front desk is so limited. Reasonable quality for the price

- Super super HOT, June 2025. I think this is a problem in whole Europe, there is NO Air Conditioned and they don't even provide a fan! We opened the windows but was super loud + lot of street lights in night from big trucks in busy intersection. - The fridge was unplugged and we had to move it upfront to get it to reach a socket, full of dust above it of course, couldn't cook properly since is under the stoves. Buy an extender ffs - There are ustensils for cooking but a bit used and also the stove had some permanent dirt that cannot be cleaned. - I think this is a building for students, looks old and shabby - The pool is quite small and unventilated, there's no space to put your clothes or they don't give towels, so bring from room or your own? At least they give some sponges for kids to swim help - There's no parking but in front on the street can park for 1E/hour and is free between 7 PM and 9 AM, just install indigoneo or other app and pay there online, super easy and cheap. - as last advice, better pay 10-20E more and go to a proper hotel with proper Air conditioning if it's summer
