Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. Thanks!

The location was very convenient, close to the station! It's an apartment-style hotel, so I thought it was convenient that it had a stove, washing machine, pots, etc. I was happy that the welcome fruit included clementines and chocolates. I thought breakfast was a little pricey at 20 euros. It would have been nice if there had been more food that gave a more Alsatian feel.

My older daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel and staff were welcoming. In the heat of Strasbourg, we appreciated the air conditioning in the room, which was a good temperature.

Strategic location...large and clean room...friendly staff...we didn't try the heated pool but it's still an excellent service...otherwise the price paid, even during the Christmas market period, is really disproportionate for the type of hotel.
