Was a nice one day stay

The location is the worst. It is about a 15 minute walk from Stuttgart Feuerbach Station, which is a short S-Bahn ride from Stuttgart Central Station, making it inconvenient to go to other cities. It's close to the subway station, so it might be good for getting around the city. Also, check-in was from 12:00, but there was no one at the reception desk after 12:00, and I was instructed to use the automatic check-in machine, but the machine was broken and did not work. Shouldn't you at least put up a notice saying it's out of order? At that time, a female employee came out and told me that the machine was broken and that check-in was from 3:00 p.m., then locked the entrance door and left. The service was so bad that I felt there was no point in criticizing the customers. Considering the price, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I don't want to stay there again.
