Hotel was GREAT, got PS5, widescreen TV, Pool Table and arcade games!!! also got hot and cold water dispenser

It's a gaming hotel but I can't play any games. All ps5 games expired, the coffee machine is out. Our room is very dirty, no shampoo use hand shampoo instead, the towel looks clean but has some odor and smelly smell, mattress looks never change and pillow is very thin, the aircon....i got no words to say. Very disappointed. See for yourself in the picture.

Parking in that area is chaotic especially 9am, I need to park at a shopping mall. Cleanliness overall ok except for the bed & Lobby sofa, very itchy when sit and sleep. The lobby in there is also quite warm as some aircon turns off . Customer chat service is very good and fast.

The room is small not really comfortable. Not good experience with it. Not recommended. Nearby still got a lot nicer hotel compare with here.

The air conditioning in the room that i stayed was not function. My husband and me cannot sleep in well until the morning. They should check their facilities first before letting their guest checked-in.

The hotel is nearby Sunway Lagoon & Sunway Pyramid. Can easily access to restaurants and metro stops. The hotel even has PS5 at the common area.

The room Dont have space for muslim prayer, we pray on the bed, the remote tv also dont have, but overall its okay

Please vacuum the bed, wipe all of the table area also frame bed. Your toilet was so smelly when i just checked in. Everything else is okay. Please take care of CLEANLINESS, not everyone has resistant skin.
