i recently stayed at hotel gnine, surat, with my family for three nights. While the room quality was average given the tariff charged, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service, which was a significant part of our booking. We had opted for the "room with breakfast" package, but the breakfast experience was far below expectations:day 1: there were only three options available, with no south indian dishes, which are typically standard even in mid-range hotels across india. Day 2: once again, there were just 2-3 options for breakfast. Day 3: the options were even more limited, with only poha and paratha offered, neither of which we preferred. It became clear that since there were no other guests in the hotel during our stay, the management had not arranged a proper buffet breakfast. Instead, the staff directed us to sit in a corner and only offered a few limited options each day. This led to a disappointing experience and made me feel that i wasted my money by opting for the "with breakfast" package. Given this unsatisfactory experience, i request a refund for the breakfast charges and urge you to review the hotel's standards for future customers.
