There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

Didn't use in the end as it was too far out, so not sure what to really say here

It was not the best the room was clean the space out side the lifts was not breakfast was not included. No egg or orange juice poster was knackered. But it was ok wents stay again 

Hallway was unclean and needed hovering. Plug point by table in bedroom didn't have a good connection and there was a lamp missing in one of the side lights. We reported this to reception and was advised that tge hotel was undergoing refurbishment.

The facilities are average. On the second day of stay, only new blankets were put in and the sheets were not made!

There were no amenities, and the train at the nearest station stopped working due to a strike, so it was a pretty remote place. Even though I had to clean the room for 5 days, the towels were not changed or cleaned even once, and the soap at the water area was not replaced.It was terrible.

People here are friendly and everything is fine

I've stayed here a few times before as most of the time it's cheap as chips. It was refurbished recently so the rooms are looking very smart and the beds are as comfortable as ever. The best thing is the new thick curtains which do a great job at keeping the early morning sun out. The only thing that may put people off is how far it is from London but in reality it's only 30 minutes from Waterloo along with a short walk from Tolworth train station. Plenty of shops nearby including an M&S and Boots.

Travelodge London Chessington Tolworth Hotel is very clean and the staff here are so polite & helpful, many thanks to Jehaan and also Michelle who have been very helpful during my stay here, if only the world had more people like them it would be such a wonderful place to exist in. This hotel has a restaurant/ Bar on the 2nd floor, FREE PARKING and also many shops and amenities within a few minutes walking distance. This hotel is managed to perfection anyone who stays @ Travelodge London Chessington Tolworth will have a peaceful great hotel experience.

Fayas Akhil was the only member of staff I saw & he was so lovely! He went above & beyond. Amazing service, nice kind & friendly! The beds were very comfortable & it was very quiet! Fayas seems as though he was running the place alone, if so keep up the good work. You deserve a pay rise !!

We had the best time in the restaurant because of Violeta’s service , thank you so much ! The advisory and the service was perfect. The right person an the place! The menu has the perfect choice of meals and drinks. The food was excellent with good quality ingredients, we will definitely come back.

Great stay & service will defo be back! Lovely and helpful staff and great facilities. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, comfortable for the whole family & affordable. Had a great night’s sleep and no outside noise.

Although the hotel is just behind the clearly visible Tolworth Tower, the entrance is rather tucked away. Plenty of free parking on the second floor of the car park so well off the road and secure.
