The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but they had already prepared our room for us. The room was clean and spacious — definitely not cramped at all. The bathroom was also clean and not small; it had a separate shower and bathtub. The water pressure from the shower was strong, which we really appreciated. If we ever return to Stockholm, we would definitely stay here again!

The welcome from the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and we also received some welcome chocolates as we are loyalty members. Room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The breakfast buffet spread was plentiful and tasty with hot and cold varieties and the staff always helpful with clearing plates. The only downside was that the room was a bit warm and the A/C was on the lowest setting and it didn’t seem to cool down the room much but as we are in April it’s fine but when summer arrives not sure if the rooms would be too hot? Fabulous stay and I would definitely return.

Our trip was ruined by an inappropriate encounter with one of the counter staff who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite our troubles with finding our bookings, he made insults and displayed uncalled for sarcasm, even making gestures to his fellow counter staff. As hoteliers, this is not a good way to welcome customers and its definitely leaving a bad mark on the hotel as well as its staff. Other than that, room was value and in good condition and we had a pleasant remaining stay over the night

Excellent location. You can even walk to Gamla Stan. As expected of a Hilton hotel, it has most amenities you need including towels, soap, hairdryer, iron etc. There is a shared gym with World Class which has great equipment compared to other gyms, breakfast was average so I decided not to book it. Our room has free lounge access with happy hour with light snacks and drinks (incl alcohol) from 5-7pm, but this wasn’t communicated to us when checking in.
For those booking rooms with view, ensure that the *title* of the room includes “with view”, because even though I booked a room that Tripcom labeled “with view”, our window faces the back side and not the harbour, and to get a view we had to pay extra.

Location is good near train station and shopping area but hotel looks old tho think they are going through some renovation inside, my room was spacious but a little hint once enter room it’s treasure hunting super irritating haha I have to hunt for my bedroom slippers toothbrush and kettle 😂 please ask for city view if possible cos once I open my window blind I’m like a prisoner inside looking out to an enclosed hotel rooms walls no view at all (please refer to my pictures) also I think it’s the European staff working culture and attitude cleaners are not detailed same as Marriott Denmark where I came from haha they gave me a half used small bottle hand cream then half side of slippers disappearing then some days they left their dirty cloth on my sink counter 😫 also not sure if they clean the toilet thoroughly or not cos if yes they would have noticed a faulty shower head and reported it to be fixed right? .. 5 days and the water is still sprouting out each time I turned it on goodness me! 😆(I wish I can post video of it)
Hotel food so so only meatball super salty eating area a bit dirty but a few serving staffs are very polite but was kind of disappointed with their hotel manager and security personnel I was molested during breakfast and none can help me out unless I make a police report it was a sucks day for me but overall Stockholm Sheraton can stay

Great hotel right next to the Central station, so convenient that there's even an entrance to the station beside the hotel. We got our room upgraded so it was terrific. Daily housekeeping without having to ask, which is a refreshing change. Only small annoying thing is you have to pay extra to use the pool. Highly recommend overall.

The room was quite cozy. I love the design of the imaginable window and a little rest zone with a chair. Bathroom is stylish and functional.
The room definitely does not have enough lighting and that is just ridiculous for the 4 star hotel and 900+$ for 4 nights. Say goodbye to your eyes health.
The ventilation is also something you cannot regulate properly. The room is under the ground level and that MUST be managed well. But all you can tune is +2 degrees or -2 degrees. Not the air flow intensity. Staying alone in a room for 2 and waking up because of a lack of fresh air - you will remember my words doing it.
Hotel has a lot of “Disney cinema nights”, kids events, painting together but come on, you really think that I came to Stockholm and live in the center in a buisness-like room for staying in the hotel? surreal. I’m here either to discover the city or doing business. The ones who really can enjoy those activities are the beloved by buisnesman or buisness woman partners of 20th centure family model.
No bottle of water in the room. Poor hospitality.
No dental kit. Clean your teeth with a pure water and a pointing finger before the paid breakfast. Or actually, you can buy our fancy eco-tastic biodegradable sustainable no-wool-no-ant-suffered tooth brush and carbon neutral nature kissed tooth paste.
Breakfast is always the same. You can pick whatever you want. With a medium variety.
Overall 3 out of 5.

Chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs.

Amazing
GGuest UserEtt hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends.
The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable.
My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability…
Great stay overall though!!
DDean MauriceWe really appreciated the central location this hotel had in Stockholm. The hotel is located literally 20 m from the Arlanda Express exit and is close to major sites like Stockholm's Central Station, city hall, and many good restaurants. There is tram stations nearby that can help you get to Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace and the museum area.
We liked the quiet room we had and it always seemed to be at the right temperature during our stay in December. The room was a bit compact but was packed full of stuff - we had two chairs, a large TV, a desk, a kettle and a small closet to hang jackets in. As a couple, we wish we booked the room with a slightly bigger bed but we had no problems sleeping through the night. We also wish the electrical was better planned in the room because the light switch and plug locations were not convenient - there was a reading lamp set pretty high above the bed, there wasn't a plug in on both sides of the bed and the majority of plugs in the room were under the desk space so our kettle had to be used on the floor.
The bathroom was nice and clean at this hotel. They had some nice sage scented products including conditioner, shampoo and body soap. The towels were very absorbent and soft. It was easy to get hot water and the shower had very good pressure. The shower wall was not bolted to the ground and there wasn't a tight seal but water only leaked out once.
The breakfast was a highlight at this hotel. They had a large dining area on the ground floor near the lobby area and they offer a large variety of items. They had a hot food area with pancakes, chicken sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and vegetables with all the accompaniments like lingonberry sauce, whipped cream, mustard, maple syrup, etc. They had a coffee machine, large tea selection, smoothies, ginger/lemon shots, juices and on Saturday they offered us some non-alcoholic champagne. We appreciated the variety of cheese, pastries, fruit and cold items in the breakfast area as well. It was a good start to the day each day we were here.
Check in went smoothly and they have options to do a digital check in and to check out online. The lobby area had a games area, a bar and a lounge space. They also had a Christmas station setup at the back of the lobby which had candy for the children on Saturday. Behind the hotel is an Ice Bar which is promoted at the hotel.
If we find ourselves back in Stockholm we would consider this hotel again or recommend it to friends and family who visit.
MMSOHWe enjoyed our stay at Elite Hotel Adlon ! The location near the central railway station and subway is really convenient for moving around !
The hotel has a classic feel but room facilities are modern and clean ! Breakfast is excellent with ample choices . Staffs were friendly and efficient !
Highly recommended !
XXuniyishiwenrouThe room was spacious and quite clean, equipped with a kitchen. Public transport was right at the doorstep, and there's a supermarket downstairs. We weren't sure about the trash disposal policy, but we ended up taking it out ourselves. Overall, it was a good experience.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a one-night stay because I had an early 4:20 AM Arlanda Express train to catch the next morning to Arlanda Airport. Its location is perfect, as the Arlanda Express platform is right downstairs, and there's a lift available, which was a huge help with my heavy luggage. The hotel entrance offers accessibility features, though you might need to know where to press the button for entry. The rooms are indeed quite small. My hallway on the 2nd floor felt narrower than my friend's on the 3rd floor, which also made my room feel more cramped. Next time, if I want a room with a window, I'd definitely prefer the 3rd floor, as it seemed to offer more space to unpack large suitcases. However, the hotel's early check-in service was absolutely fantastic. It saved me from having to lug my bags all over Stockholm, feeling like I was constantly on the run.
YYuliyaGood hotel for 1-2 nights. Comfortable soft bed, there is much for a good stay. The room was missing a kettle with mugs. The staff is polite and helpful.
SSimonI recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected.
Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time.
When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good.
The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors.
Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!
GGuest UserSuper sweet hotel with cozy rooms and very nice staff! Me and my work buddy stayed for one night only but I would stan there longer - easy!
Awesome breakfast and the chef made the moring more manageble with his nice persona. Thank you!
Nice bed, nice room. Nice everything!
I will be back!
MMarinTRAVELIt was well managed and easy to spend.
Especially, the bed mat was comfortable and I slept after a long time.
The kitchen was also equipped with cooking equipment, which was wide and clean and easy to use.
I booked a shared room for men and women, but he told me that the day was only men, and paid an additional fee on the spot.
It is negative that I had to pay 1000 yen extra to rent bed linen.
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport; #negative #I was disappointed with the Natural Light in the Room; It costs 100 crowns for bed sheets at the store. For an additional 100 kronor, you can find a better hostel. basement. The front desk opens at 10 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m. I stayed for two days, and it was after 6pm on the second day. I'm going out. When I came back, the room card was invalid. Because the front desk is closed. The uncle on duty couldn't do anything. He called the front desk and opened the door. The advantage of this youth hostel is in the old city. Can cook. There are no other options.
