Drinking water is collected rain water and excellent hot water is supplied from the bore. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with state of the art, high pressure hot water and separate WC.The swimming pool sits on the forward edge of the cliff with gun-barrell views up the river.A separate living/kitchen area with large 360 degree outdoor deck completes the farm.
