"The room is a bit small, after all, it is a tourist city and the price is high. But it is all IKEA furniture, familiar feeling, clean and tidy. Breakfast is cheap. The location is also good, only three minutes to the beach. The rooftop swimming pool has a view of the Alcazar Castle, the sunset on the beach, and the bullring. The service is good and helped us store our luggage. I had a great time"

The front desk service is good, the hotel room facilities are OK, there are not a few paper in the tissue box, the shower water will get the wetland noodles, the coffee is not easy to use, after a cup, the next cup will malfunction. There is a small balcony that is beautiful. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Parking has to be parked in the public area. It is far away. It is not recommended to travel by car. We have been looking for a parking lot for a long time.

Extremely well situated with the historical centre in 13 minutes walking distance. The pool was not overcrowded and the service was very good. The walls were rather thin so you could hear the noise from the square outside but the terrace area allowed for a nice experience. The breakfast is overpriced but there’s plenty of breakfast options available just outside the hotel.

The location is good, right on the old street. It's very convenient to get in and out. It's clean and modernly decorated. You can see the sea view from the side. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, which is very suitable for traveling with children.

Environment: The location is very good, just in the center of Malaga, the hotel is separated from the road to the pedestrian street, five minutes walk to the subway station, there are many restaurants and cafes around, and the distance from various attractions is very close; Service: The attitude of the staff is also very good, the staff in charge of the night shift does not speak English, but after the translation, it can understand the meaning, and call on time at four o'clock to wake up. The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!

Great location, right in front of the pier and steps away from the pedestrian street. The only downside is that you can't load/unload luggage right at the entrance; you have to drag it from another street.

It really exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and toothbrushes were already thoughtfully provided, so I didn't even need to ask the front desk. The complimentary bottled water was a premium brand. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly small rooftop and a rather tiny pool, which was primarily suitable for lounging and sunbathing.

Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

The hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping.
