Bas-Rhin Hotels with Pools

Best hotel we’ve ever been at. Absolutely beautiful, great staff, helped us with everything and brought us many gifts!

The service at reception was very good. We also had a small problem and it was solved very quickly and without any problems. The beds are very, very comfortable and for me that is always very important in a hotel. The location was very quiet and there were plenty of parking spaces. A 10 out of 10 for quality and price.

Чистый номер, удобная кровать, тепло, красивый вид из номера, умный телевизор, отзывчивый персонал. Пользовались прачечной: хорошие стиральные машины 3€ и сушильные машины 2€, оплата по карте, капсулы тоже лежали, там же был утюг. В бассейне очень теплая вода, но плохой график работы в будни с 7 утра, в выходные и праздники с 9 утра и всегда до 8 вечера, а мы обычно в это время только возвращались. Расстроил ещё график заезда и выезда, заезд с 17-20, выезд до 10 утра.

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Area is more remotely located so you need to have a vehicle for convenience.

The staff was really not friendly, when a guest goes she would sigh in front other guest in waiting. Unlike described in Trip.com sauna is not included and it’s 15 eur for guests. (It’s described only swimming pool is with additional charges) The bed was not clean, we’ve noticed some hairs…

Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. The location of the hotel is relatively biased, self-driving is no problem, and it is easier to find, and parking is free. It is more convenient to eat nearby. The facilities are equivalent to that of domestic Samsung. The price is relatively reasonable, and generally quite satisfactory.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

La dame de l'accueil a étais très sympathique et serviable . J'ai pu avoir un plateau repas pour le petit déjeuner malgré mes horaires de travail très tôt (5h)
