Our entire stay made for a truly wonderful trip! 😊
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and received incredibly attentive service. The drinks, amenities, and loungewear were all excellent. Both the indoor and outdoor onsen baths in our room were incredibly relaxing! We also enjoyed the heated pool and steam sauna. I highly recommend checking in early to fully enjoy your hotel stay!
I was especially happy that the breakfast had such a wide variety at the salad bar! We'd love to visit again! Thank you very much! 🙇♀️

billThe room is clean and the facilities are excellent. You must choose the double-board package. The breakfast is amazing and the dinner is pretty normal. In addition, this hotel is quite primitive and there will be some noise when you sleep at night.

When checking in, the hotel will explain the tourist route of Hakone. It's a no-brainer to check in and just follow the map provided by the hotel.
The service exceeded my expectations. I felt like a princess returning home during my stay. I thought this was the standard Japanese service. But later I stayed in other hotels and found that the service of Gora Kadan is far better than other hotels of the same price.
The room is a bit old and the shower is also very old, but it is cleaned quite well.

Sophie C TQuiet and beautiful location, approx 20mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. There’s a shuttle bus for 200 Yen per trip. Breakfast and dinner included. Meals were fresh and delicious. Service was good, however staff had limited English proficiency as the hotel seemed to be catered to Japanese. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Nanpuso :)
