松松香蕊蕊🧹Hygiene: poor... There is a dead mosquito on the pillow in the room, hair on the bed sheet, the white paint brushed in the swimming pool in the room will fade, dyed legs are all over the place...
🍃Environment: In addition to the room, the environment in the public area is very good. The room is a relatively expensive room type, a sea view villa, but the scenery is really not as good as the lobby... The decoration is also indescribable, and the minimalist style has been turned into a simple style
🔔Service: The service is ok, the restaurant is delicious, and the sunset view is also good
If you can live in a normal room type, the sea view villa is really not recommended, it is not worth it…
There are two local 5-stars, one Banyan Tree, and the other is this one. I really don't understand, 4 stars are too much...

Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship.
Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups.
Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style.
It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

LLegalEagleLooking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

AAntonio VCEl hotel está remodelado y todos los trabajadores dan un excelente servicio.
En temporada alta deben hacer mayor énfasis a que los huéspedes sigan las reglas.
Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen.
En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.

TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
