"This B&B in Manila is just perfect! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room is bright and clean, with plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. The landlord also thoughtfully prepared conversion plugs. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying food late at night. It is comfortable and worry-free to stay here, and I have to give it a full score!"

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
