"We arrived at the hotel at 11pm and the front desk was very good and checked in for us very quickly. We booked a king-size double bed and a sofa bed. Open the sofa bed, maybe no one uses it, it is dirty, so it is not necessary. The next morning, maybe we got up late, so there was no choice for breakfast. But the mint tea bags were delicious."

GGuest UserAnna the manager was very pleasant and kind. Cleanliness was not great. Behind our toilet looked like had never been cleaned. You can tell they just add towels to shelves without ever wiping down. We pulled back the bed when we arrived to see if the sheets were cleaned and there was a wad of tangled hair at the foot of the bed within the covers.

GGuest UserThe pillows on the bed were sub-par. The room had an odor that I think was coming from the carpet. Only 1 elevator was working, 2 small hot tubs and 1 not working. No instructions in the room for 2 remotes. Not sure I’d rebook for those reasons alone.

WWelsdourWe screwed up our reservations at another hotel on a very busy weekend and the staff at this hotel not only was able to get us two rooms but a handicap accessible room for my mother which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service nice place conveniently located.

BBeth Forkner MoeThis was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging.
There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing.
The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

GGuest UserThe service was great. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of town with easy access to the interstate. We will stay here again.

GGuest UserThe beds are not the most comfortable. The rooms are cold and drafty. The heater did not turn off due to the drafty conditions of the room. The breakfast was adequate except for the cold sausage links and skim milk for the cereal. Blankets are garbage.
