The pillows on the bed were sub-par.  The room had an odor that I think was coming from the carpet.  Only 1 elevator was working,  2 small hot tubs and 1 not working.  No instructions in the room for 2 remotes.  Not sure I’d rebook for those reasons alone.

Saturday breakfast buffet only had gravy/biscuits...no eggs, fruit or other healthy options. Sunday had eggs....they heated them in the microwave in front of the customers in bags and then filled the heating pan. They were VERY watered down....not what I expected based on previous reviews. Room had fruit flies in it and my TV had to be rebooted several times as it woudl not connect to satellite. Staff was VERY good and friendly and helpful as they could be.

Just visiting family. No opportunity or need for a lot of things at the hotel. Only item that needed attention was condition of room refrigerator. It needed defrosting!

The hotel is definitely outdated. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay, which meant long wait times and having to take the stairs up three flights on multiple occasions. The hallways had a noticeable smell of ****, and because there’s a large gap under the room door, the smell would drift inside. I had to block it off with towels. The front parking areas fills up quickly but there are plenty spots in the back. The back entrance door was also broken, so you couldn’t scan your card to get in and had to walk all the way around to the front every time, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Overall, decent service but the property itself really needs maintenance and updates.

The breakfast was poor but I like how it was clean and the eggs were cold and hard but overall it was an alright stay.
