The hotel room is bright and close to the train station

There are plenty of parking spaces, which is very important.

Very friendly service at check-in. Top location, 15 minutes to the center, best price if you just want to stay overnight!

We are from Canada travelling in Germany. We liked at the hotel and the room. We had a view from our window to the vineyard. It was a very hot day and the room had an air conditioner which was very helpful. Location is perfect. It is 20 minutes walk to the downtown. Parking is free. Buffet breakfast was great, very delicious. Thank you the hotel management for taking care of us.

A good value hotel with large family rooms. Good staff helping to store our luggage.

Terrific location for the hotel, although the entrance was a little hard to find. Parking was readily available, but did require a short travel the wrong way down a one-way street. Overall, a quiet, clean, safe hotel, and very reasonably priced!

Good bus connections to train station and main touristic sites.

Clean and kind

Hotel is safe. Staff is kind. However, check-in was proceed by only one staff so I waited more than 15 min. In the room, Heating was not easy because the temp control. was centralized. I found worm in the bathroom. some hair on the bed. I will not stay in this hotel anymore.

World-class service, very courteous and helpful. Also a great location for exploring the city on foot, very clean and comfortable rooms. The price is unbeatable and the breakfast is delicious, I would definitely go back anytime!

Because the hotel is on a busy road and therefore has soundproof windows, it was impossible to sleep with the window open, even with earplugs. It was stuffy and hot in the room. The air conditioning didn't work. Even after complaining twice to reception and being assured that the system would now be switched to cool via the central control, this was a blatant lie. Turning it on and off had no effect. Now I'm lying awake writing this review instead of sleeping.

Very good hotel / B & B. AC in the room perfect as we had 35 degrees and sun. Nice city and awesome fortress.
