The hotel location is very good, next to train station; I left a massage machine in room and emailed the staff right after check out, hope they can come back to me.

Location is closed to Picadilly Station and walk to City Center just within 10 minutes. Staffs is friendly and helper

Hotel overall was nice, clean and very convenient. But they don't provide you with water!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and of a decent size.
The location is very good and convenient, just opposite the main train station and a walking distance to the City Centre.

Slow service on check in. Room not 100% clean.
Hair dryer broken- but we were told it wasnt even though they changed it! Noisy guests kept us awake all night (another couple had the same problem on another floor) lifts out of service. There was 1 working lift to sort 10 floors of people.
Staff ok.
Wouldnt stay again
