The WiFi cannot be used even called to room service. The limitation of power socket provided and also not functioning well, end up we need to share with the kettle side to charge our electrical devices. Any way the bed is comfortable.

Hotel location is good, however room condition is old and outdated. Floor carpet is filthy. Bathroom floor drian gets backup every night during shower. Bubbles built up at the floor drain. Extremely annoying.
Water pressure is weak. Ventilation is almost nothing, I don't think it is working. Steam and fog covered whole bathroom.
Toilet seat is small for normal adult.
Breakfast was good.

The hotel is old and not clean. So I asked to change to another room. However, the staff said the same room is full. But I can pay for the upgrade. I am so disappointed for Accor. I am a platinum member with Accor plus for many years. I booked this for my girlfriend through Trip. It's really rude for non-member guests.

We had a fantastic stay. Right in Darling Harbour, we went to the maritime museum and aquarium and animal park and the imax cinema. We went to the little snail restaurant.
Yes there is a construction site in front but from our room you could still see the water and buildings lit up at night and I didn’t mind watching the cranes at work.
I have to compliment the hotel on the temperature of the room, it was perfect, we didn’t touch the aircon control at all.

We stayed for 7 days.
The room is spacious enough for a family of 3.
The location is very near to tram station, as well as near to Harbour Square.
Will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to our family and friends as well.

We had a great stay in the hotel for a week. We loved the breakfast which was delicious and lots of choices. The location is so good and the staff were so friendly and polite and helpful. From the receiption to the housekeepers, the staff always smiled and said Hello to make us felt very welcome.
We would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sydney😀💯

The hotel was acceptable, but the view was not as advertised. We booked a room with a Darling Harbour view and paid extra for it, but nobody mentioned that there was construction happening directly in front of our balcony. If you want a room with a view, I do not recommend this hotel.
