The Capsule Hotel
"Check in only till 9pm so need to email them for late check in. Capsules are ok."
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
Situated in one of the city's most prestigious and historic buildings — the former General Post Office (GPO) at 1 Martin Place, Sydney CBD.
Citadines Walker North Sydney
"The reception and car park arrangement was quite confusing as the hotel is inside an office tower, with the reception located on the 5th floor and parking accessible through another building. The night shift staff were very helpful, but the morning shift staff were less accommodating and asked us to walk a long way to the car park and go down the ramp ourselves with our big luggage. Not very convenient for guests with cars, kids, or elderly family members. Nevertheless, the room was cozy and comfortable."
Paradox Sydney
"The check-in time is 3pm but I managed to check in before 8am thanks to a friendly reception staff who took the extra effort to offer help & check if my room was ready. I left my facial gel in the wellness centre and it was promptly returned to me by a hotel manager. Thankful to have met these 2 exemplary staff who made my stay very pleasant."
Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the Partial Harbour View room. Based on the room category and additional cost, I expected a clearer view of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, or even the Opera House. In reality, the harbour view was very limited and mostly blocked by surrounding buildings. I could hardly see the Harbour Bridge not to mention the to see the Opera House at all."
Nomads Sydney
"Room is fine. but it’s loud on 2:00am"
Shangri-La Sydney
Shangri-La Sydney is a luxury 5-star hotel located in the historic The Rocks district of Sydney, one of the most iconic and oldest areas in the city.
Quest North Sydney
"We were first given a room that looked good until we experienced using the bathroom. It was poorly designed. The shower stall was small such that we could not swing the shower door inwards to let us n or out and so have to enter or exit the shower door outwards. However, when opening the shower door outwards the door would scrape the floor and therefore interfere with the bath mat. The medicine cabinet/mirror hangs over the bathroom sink and there obstructs face washing and shaving. We asked for a change of room the next morning and receptionist who was familiar with the particular room willingly obliged. The new room had a different layout and was completely satisfactory. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and was very satisfied with its amenities, cleanliness and location. I would highly recommend this hotel."
Pacific House Hostel
"The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, and the air conditioning works well. There are many guests, but it still feels private. Overall, it’s very good."

APX Darling Harbour
"Location was good, but hard to find with gps in car. No signs indicating location of hotel. Hotel small and needed updating. Was fine for one night"
Hyatt Regency Sydney
"For a five star hotel, expectations were high. But Hyatt regency Sydney leaves a lot to be desired. Small rooms, no bath tub. Other hotels are better."
W Sydney
"The concierge staff misplaced our luggage and only got it back after few hours of waiting. Otherwise the overall stay is satisfactory."
InterContinental Sydney
"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Circular Quay. From there, you can catch ferries, the subway, or buses to practically anywhere in Sydney. The room view was great, and the breakfast was Western-style. Overall, I was very satisfied."
The Branksome Hotel & Residences
"I chose this hotel because we have an early flight in the morning. This is convenient with the shuttle service. The room is spacious and clean. The downsides are that it has a bit of airplane noise and quite far from the train station (20mins walk) and bus station (10mins walk)."
YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites
Rooms are designed for comfort and practicality, offering more space than standard hotel rooms. YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour Suites offers a comfortable and convenient city stay, with a focus on space and value for money.
Mercure Sydney
"Hotel was okay in general but room size quite limited, stay for 3 nights. Breakfast was ok"
Park Regis City Centre
"Excellent stay, very close to public transport and pretty much everything"
Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour
"My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was exceptional. The Full Harbour View Room was worth every cent, offering breathtaking, postcard-perfect views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House right from the window. Watching ferries crossing the harbour, and the city lights at night felt magical. The room was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the iconic harbour panorama. Service is warmth."
Crown Towers Sydney
"I genuinely do not understand how this hotel can charge premium prices while operating at such an embarrassingly low standard. We stayed here for 9 nights and paid nearly $5,000 USD, and honestly this was one of the dirtiest and most poorly managed hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of hygiene is absolutely disgusting. The hallways are dirty, the rooms are dirty, the windows are filthy, the floors constantly feel dusty, and housekeeping clearly has no idea what they are doing. The bathroom was the perfect example of this disaster. On day one there was a toothpick lying on the bathroom floor. I left it there intentionally just to see if anyone would properly clean the bathroom. After 9 days, the same toothpick was still there 😄 Nine days. Same place. Same toothpick. That alone tells you everything about the “cleaning” in this hotel. Dust everywhere, TVs that look like they have not been wiped in years, dirty windows, terrible housekeeping standards — the entire hotel feels neglected and badly managed. And somehow after paying thousands of dollars for a room, guests are expected to BUY a charging adapter from reception for $25. Seriously? A hotel charging these prices cannot even provide basic essentials for guests? There are tea bags in the room, but no teaspoons. That perfectly summarizes the level of logic and management in this place. Now let’s talk about the so-called “restaurant.” Honestly, calling it a restaurant is an insult to actual restaurants. It is a cafeteria at best. The breakfast never changed once in 9 days. The exact same stale pastries every morning. I genuinely did not know it was possible to find bread this old every single day 😄 The quality of ingredients is horrible. For a hotel supposedly targeting international guests and people with above-average income, the food quality is honestly shocking. And the most disgusting part — the chocolate fountain. I will attach photos because there is visible mold inside the machine. Mold. In a hotel full of families and children. Who exactly is responsible if someone gets food poisoning from this? The only positive things in the entire hotel are the pool and the gym. Those areas are actually nice and seem to be maintained by people who care. Everything else feels like a hotel completely abandoned by management. Even the elevators are a disaster. Guests constantly stand there confused because the key card system barely works properly and nobody understands how the elevators are supposed to function. At this point even the staff look mentally exhausted from dealing with endless complaints all day long. This hotel has potential, but it is being destroyed by terrible management, unacceptable hygiene standards, and complete lack of professionalism. If ownership actually cares about the future of this business, they seriously need to replace management before the reputation of this hotel is ruined completely."
Quest St Leonards
The property blends modern design with practical living spaces, making it ideal for guests who want more than just a standard hotel room.
The Star Grand Hotel and Residences Sydney
"This hotel is excellent."
Meriton Suites Kent Street
"Nice location! Services not good enough. How come 3 days clean and tidy up the room once but not everyday? This is really weird. No next time."
