Front office staff had arranged a room that I was satisfied with after I told them about the air-con could not work properly in the room assigned before. The room was in great shape and offered a relaxing view outside the window, though having bathroom amenities and stable Wi-Fi would be perfect. I was pleased with the service provided by the staff, including the front office and housekeeping team. The restaurant's food lived up to expectation, making for a satisfying stay.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, ah, ah, awesome, and the plot staff was very cute when I stayed a few days later, and put the three dolls of our three girls on the bed. When I went back, it was super warm and tidy. , I just walked to the shopping place, and I was super close to darling harbour. I was very satisfied after five nights in Sydney. & # 128076; & # 127995; & # 128076; & # 127995;

The location is great and just right next to central world where has Coles and eateries. The hotel staff is friendly. The room is a small and slightly outdated. But it is clean. Inside the room hv a microwave. The shower room is the biggest down as the door is unable to open full. We’re Asian, we feel difficulty everytime need to enter or walk out. Wonder how other do that. Other than that, everything is perfect.

As a solo female traveler, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel! The pod was bigger than I expected, very cozy, and I felt safe the entire time. While you can't lock the capsule due to fire safety regulations, it wasn’t an issue. Just be mindful not to spray anything inside, as you could get fined. The bathrooms are unisex but can be locked for privacy, which was nice but I didn’t use the showers the one night I stayed. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable with the pillow and duvet. Loved having access to a laundry room and large storage lockers too—super convenient! Very good location too! I prefer these to hostels and you feel like you have your own space!

The design of the bathroom is not good. The glass door of the shower tub is easily hit the door of the washroom when I went out from the shower tub. Also the water was flowing out from underneath of the glass door while I was taking the bath. Therefore the floor was very wet after I finished taking the bath. The ceiling of my room was leaking. As a result , I needed to change to another room.

The room is not big but it is enough. The hygiene is OK. The toiletries provided are a bottle of 10 in 1. There is a refrigerator, teapot, iron, cup, paper towel, tea and milk. The window cannot be opened, and the curtains are frosted and transparent. The room is very bright in the morning. You can only turn on the ventilation system. The shower room isolated in the bathroom is very slippery! There is no anti-slip mat, it is very slippery, and you must be careful when taking a shower. The advantage is that it is very close to the city center and the pier, you can walk, you can store your luggage, and you can check in after 12 o'clock in the morning.

Location is great and close to the harbour and inter city train station. However, the only downside is the hotel lift. It wasn’t working and has been under repair for ages. I read a comment about it weeks before my arrival and when I arrived it was the same. Not sure, if it will be under repair for most of the time. Hard to walk up to the 3/4/5th floor especially when you have luggage.

DDayDayHappyI had a very pleasant stay at YHA Sydney Central. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Angel (the Angel!) at the front desk with a BIG radiant smile. Her helpful orientation about the hostel and surrounding area especially the super convenient Central Station just across the road made settling in easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the clear signage in the hostel which made navigation simple and intuitive. I was thrilled to find the dual-monitor setups thoughtfully provided at every desk in the co-working space - something I have always desperately needed but never found in all of my travels across more than 20 countries. It was a huge bonus for me. I’d love to see it open beyond 11 pm. Given the area is well-secured with access card and CCTV, keeping it open 24/7 would be more user-friendly for those who struggle to focus during busy hours or for night owls working across different time zones. Another seemingly small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference was the steam iron and ironing board provided in the laundry room. They were exactly what I needed very much since my clothes often come out wrinkled after long hours packed in suitcases. I was also impressed by the detailed guidelines and the conveniently placed bins that encouraged timely, efficient and proper waste separation. In a world where environmental awareness is still lacking in many places, this served as a valuable education opportunity that travelers can learn from and take back to their own countries. It personally boosted my own environmental consciousness. I truly believe this is an excellent demonstration for travelers coming from different parts of the world. My room was comfortable with a high ceiling, a tall window and a spacious locker to an extent that even a 81 cm suitcase can fit in with no difficulty. The table and chairs inside fostered a friendly and communal atmosphere which is perfect for us to unwind and share interesting stores with fellow travelers. However, both my roommates and I found the room too cold at night and it seemed that there was no temperate control options such as heating or air-conditioning. Also, the traffic noise from outside was quite loud, even on the fifth floor, and it lasted all day until midnight. One area that really needs urgent attention is the Wi-Fi. During my brief two-day stay, the internet connection dropped frequently regardless where I was in the hostel, whether I was in my room, or on the kitchen floor, even at the front desk. A stable and reliable internet connection is essential for today’s travelers. To be honest, this was one of the most unstable, the slowest and weakest internet connections I have experienced in Australia. Thankfully, the internet connection was much better in the co-working space. Thank you again for the warm hospitality and for creating such a welcoming space for us. I hope this review is helpful. I genuinely appreciate the effort put into maintaining such a great environment.

GGuest UserThr hotel location is nice, very close to train station. Room space is massive but the bath is too small, the toilet facing to the door and its even difficult to close the door when you were in the bath. The worst design is the basin, very narrow, when we wash our hands, water splashed our shoes. Really cant undrrstood why the designer seperated the bathroom in such small space when there was quite enough space in the room.

RRNSGreat staff and very attentive to some issues we had with the room at the beginning and everything went well ….until …. At 12 midnight we woke up with excruciating screams of a woman (drunk? **************? Echoing in the car yard , Banging on our and other doors and cars using F words …running around like a mad.. then I heard One of the guests yelling shut the…up then he called the pub security and they came to trying to calm the woman she wouldn’t stop and the man next door was very angry yelling at her to shut up… after 15-20 min security and one of the night staff escorted the woman who stayed next door to us, she drove off when still screaming and constantly horning her car After she left I opened the door very shaky and spoke to the staff and advised her how stressful and scared I was about the situation waling up with this noise. Then i checked our car to see if it was damaged or not, luckily wasn’t. She said she will get her manager to call me on Monday to refund or work something out (a free room next time, etc) she said the same thing to the man who was next door and upset about the situation Absolute NIGHTMARE absolutely!!!! Staff are really nice though. They tried their very best.

DDean MauriceThis was an economical choice for us and we were very pleased with this hotel for its fantastic location, comfy bed and amenities in the room (they had a workspace, kettle and refrigerator). The hotel's area is very walkable and stays pretty quiet during sleeping hours. When checking in you most likely will have to approach the bar at the restaurant and they will bring you around to the check in counter. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and gave us a thorough explanation of how to use the key card and invited us to enjoy the restaurant. The restaurant/bar looked pretty decent and they had a bottle shop connected to the hotel that was open late but we didn't try either. The bed sheets could use better cleaning and we found the shower to be a bit leaky and it was tricky to get the right pressure and temperature. There are no issues getting hot water here and their shower toiletries are good. The hotel is a 6 minute walk to the metro with Museum station and about a 3 minute walk to the tram. The museum station connects with the airport and the tram goes right to Sydney Harbour Circular Quay. Many of the city's attractions are close to the hotel like Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Town Hall and Hyde Park to name a few and all things we wanted to see were within a 30 minute walk. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a Woolworth's was pretty much just below us. There are quite a few street performers and buskers in the area so you can walk around and enjoy that too. Great location and we would highly consider coming back here if we visit Sydney again.

GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay for a few days. The staff is friendly. The location is right in the center, allowing you to reach most places with a short walk or train ride. Remember to bring your own towels. There's no need for a padlock as your key card will open your locker, which is spacious enough to hold your carry-on luggage. The capsules are large enough for a comfortable sleep, though you might want to bring a blanket or some type of cover as the AC keeps the room cool. The capsule has an electrical outlet to recharge your devices. There is a place to sit and watch movies on the 4th floor and also make a meal. Note that the desk has limited hours, so make sure to keep your key card with you to avoid getting locked out. Thanks

GGuest UserWe booked this accommodation due to its proximity to a nearby stadium venue, where we were going to in the evening. We were advised by ”in the know friend” that the overall area is not the kind you want to be out socially alone in after dark hours. This was evident, as 2 Police officers were in the sporting club venue, as we arrived back around midnight, looking for a person of interest. This was of no concern to us, we were not asked questions by the police, It's just that the police had the only staff working that night, attending to their needs. As part of the accommodation offer, we were generously offered a free drink of wine or beer. We were looking to have a drink before retiring to our rooms, so the staff were caught up with the police officers. My group did to other things, like checked out the TAB and seating in the bar area while waited. ( all very clean & tidy btw) We were eventually attended to and we move on, No worries there, my comments are just to highlight the overall societal concerns of Greenacres area after dark, as we could briefly hear the conversations and requests between the police and staff. Nevertheless. just speaking about the accomodation, my room was very clean & tidy, I appreciated the air conditioner being on already, as I entered the room. I had all the basic necessities that I needed: towel, fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom & toilets were shared, it was disappointing to see one that in one of the two toilets available, had broken seat that wasn't hinged to the toilet (it looked untidy and it was unknown for how long the seat has been broken). Overall I was very comfortable, i felt safe, I had a great sleep. The next morning, I took advantage of the 2 minute walk to the nearby supermarket for some groceries, the Sunday morning staff all greeted me with a ”good morning,” which was pleasant to hear and made me smile. Returning items to the fridge in my room, I then went back out for a walk lovely walk in the sunshine along the shopping *****, for fresh coffee & food from one of the many family run bakeries just 1 minute down the street from the accommodation. Overall i had a nice pleasant experience!

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no elevator which is quite disadvantageous as it’s very difficult to carry your luggages 2 floors up. Secondly, the room is small, quite outdated, tiny bathroom and the lighting feels like a camping setup. If you had booked the room with breakfast, please check the timing as it’s only open from 7.30am, so if you had an earlier flight this is not useful. Overall, the location is good and close to airport with only about 5-10mins away with taxi.
