I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, and it’s always been great. The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, including a kitchen. The staff are really friendly and always make you feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff are friendly and helpful. If you run into any trouble, even the other guests will jump in to help you out. The showers and toilets are perfectly fine. Of course, it’s not as spotless as a luxury hotel, but the staff clean thoroughly every morning and evening, which leaves a very good impression. One time, I accidentally put coins for the dryer into the laundry machine. When I asked the staff about it, they kindly covered the cost without showing the slightest annoyance. The money I put into the laundry machine couldn’t be retrieved, but they just laughed and said, “Well, someone’s got a free laundry then,” which really made me feel relieved. There are many female guests as well, so I’d recommend this place to anyone, regardless of gender.

I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities.

The hotel is situated close to olympic park. great if you opt to attend a concert and avoid the crowd. Our room is clean and has free toiletries, large bath towels, free tea and coffee, milk was at room temp ( not inside the fridge) we didn't bother using it as milk outside the fridge is concerning for us. The room ac is extremely noisy. It got a weird sound every 10-15 mins. The room given near the highway and above a late night pub, expect the noise, pls bring earplugs, and hair dryer, slippers and robe as we choose a shared bath for our room type. Not sure if there is a private suite. The shared bathroom only consists of 1 toilet and 1 bath for women. My partner also says it is the same layout for the men. Expect that there are some waiting during rush hours. Not sure how many rooms are shared for the amenities.
